Our stay

Lovely location - an easy walk to the town.
Great family hotel on the beach.
Staff ate amazing and so helpful
I would definitely return
One negative - please put some hooks in the bathroom to hang the bath robe

Wonderful stay

This hotel is really special. We were greeted by Kathleen and Tony on reception, they were both so friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean All the staff we met were equally friendly, the waiters at the restaurant were courteous and answered any questions we had, the service was quick and attentive, the food was always of a high standard. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice - I loved the Greek yogurt with fruit, nuts and seeds, and a naughty pastry or 2 afterwards. However, there was plenty of hot food if you prefer that. The bartender at the pool (sorry, I can't remember his name) made the most wonderful cocktails, he took such care and presented them beautifully. Demetrios looked after our sun lounger requirements, allowing us to book our favourite spot on the back row ( tip - you get more shade there in the afternoon) and kindly bringing us drinks, he was very friendly. Finally the hotel is in a lovely peaceful spot on the beach, but within an easy walk of Skiathos town, 20 mins to the old port, which was beautiful in the evenings.

Stunning Hotel with a veiw.

Just arrived home from staying at the Theros phillian collection in skiathos for 2 weeks . Well what can I say from day 1 till the day we left you couldn't ask for more . The staff was amazing there for your every need ,The rooms was amazing loads of room and cleaned every day with clean towels , Stayed b+b and the breakfast catered for all nationaltys and was fantastic enough to get you through till the the evening . And the views from the resturant was just delightful smack on the beach overlooking the amazing Megali Amos bay . This is one to be returned to cannot praise this hotel enough ,the owners and management team has got something special keep it up. YAMMAS.

Another holiday at Thalassa, much enjoyed by us all. Look forward to our next visit next year

Having recently spent 10 nights at Thalassa Theros with my partner and my family, third time visit for us I might add, we feel we need to share yet another first class experience.
Paul not only welcomed us to our room but spent precious time chatting each time we saw him going about his busy duties. Credit to this friendly young man.
Reception staff were always cheerful, helpful and friendly too, quite honestly they go above and beyond. Michaela and Aleni are two names that come to mind, sorry didn't catch other names.
A big mention to all of the breakfast / bar staff. They couldn't have been more attentive, friendly and competent. One member of staff, I believe his name was Tasos, if I remember correctly, happily shared his time chatting, especially on our last morning around his busy schedule, very much appreciated.
We must not forget the cleaners who had early starts to the day, relentlessly carried out their duties with excellence, spotlessly cleaned room every day.
This year we had the pleasure of eventually meeting Leonardo, who my sister, Joanne has spoken very highly of from previous visits. Joanne and I were actually there together this year which was lovely. He is a genuine , kind, friendly gentleman.
Lastly but definitely not least, probably the member of the team we had most interaction with whilst spending lazy but enjoyable days on the beach was Dimitris. At such a young age he displayed a sincere show of personable interaction to all guests from the little ones to the 'not so young ones.' His manner, his knowledge of the English language, his sense of humour was second to none. We loved him and Harry and Oscar miss him.
Now to the accommodation...... well it speaks volumes that we return here each year. It's a short walk into town, tavernas along the way, very clean and has everything you need in an excellent location for Megali Ammos beach.
Credit where credit is due, all of the above earn the praise and positivity they deserve.
Wishing all of the team the very best for the rest of the season, you are the best!
