Dangerous

I don't recommend Paradise studios (part od Koviou holiday village 3*) because of my bad experience. We've been in Koviou in August 2015 and we were accommodated in Paradise thise year. The rooms in Parаdise are awful especially on the ground floor. You are literally in cellar with moisture and unpleasant odor and if it rains it is likely to be flooded. We had that terrible accident to be there when there was a storm. Althougt the owners had a report of a storm they didn't tell us to leave the rooms prematurely but they did so during the storm. Their rescue team consists of a 19-year-old girl with a bucket in her hand. Аfter we were forced to run to the restaurant, for which to get there is very dangerous because you have to go out on the main road where trees fall and high wind blows, we asked the owner why he rent out those rooms that are with high risk and as we were told every year they get flood, he told us he didn't want to lose money. Тhey temporarily put us in a room in Koviou. After 3 days without water and electricity (they have no aggregate) we had no conditions to stay. Our room hasn't been clean yet and it smelled horrible..it smelled of sewage .We decided to leave the hotel and when we filed a refund claim at least for the days we didn't use, we received a negative response from the owner because it was a storm. Тhe storm was for all the other hotels and for the whole leg but they all have better conditions than him. Unlike the previous year everything is worse..there are no sun beds on the beach, water is charged during dinner and the most important thing is that staying there is risky and the owner does not meet any compromise so the damage will be only yours. Тhe only good thing is the clean water on the beach but it's the same on the whole leg. If you only want beautiful beach you better set up a tent because is not worth a penny

Pessima stanza

Abbiamo scelto questo posto spinti dalla bellezza della baia di fronte. Non fare il nostro errore. Stanza squallida, sporca, pieno di zanzare e inoltre a un costo esagerato 75 euro a notte. Certo comprende colazione e cena ma non ne vale la pena. Tutto a buffet e tutto con un pessimo sapore. La carne sarà stata cucinata 2 giorni prima. Lasciate perdere.!!!

ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ ΕΙΚΟΝΑ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟΥ

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε άθλια κατάστση. Το μπάνιο δεν είχε απολυμανθεί, το πάτωμα, τα παράθυρα και η κουζίνα ήταν βρώμικα. Μόνο α σεντόνια είχαν αλλαχτεί από τους προηγούμενους παραθεριστές. Δεν έδωσαν τα χρήματα πίσω και ούτε έστειλαν κάποιον να καθαρίσει. Επίσης πολλά από τα έπιπλα του δωματίου ήταν παλιά και κατεστραμένα, ειδικά όμως η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας και το ντους ήταν σε άθλια κατάσταση. . ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ ΗΤΑΝ Η ΙΔΙΟΚΤΗΤΡΙΑ ΤΩΝ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΩΝ.
