Kiona Myrtia Studios

Nice, quiet place, with an amazing view, but a little renovation in the bathroom would be good!!Simple 3ster for couples who prefer quiet, away from the noise of the city. Depending on economic conditions, prices remain at reasonable levels.

A beautiful escape

Went to Tinos for a short escape from the heatwave that hit Greece. This place was suggested by a local, and I have to say, we were lucky to find it. Beautiful and impeccably clean apartments, fantastic views. The owners were following all covid health protocols which is a big plus. The location is perfect. Calm and close to the beach. Overall I totally recommend them.

Very good for families with a little (?) but...

We (couple and young boy of 5) stayed for 15 days in August in a Myrtia bungalow on the beach of Kionia.
Location is very good, as it is only separated by a road from the beach and at a distance of +-3km from the city (Chora) of Tinos. Parking can be an issue during the "crowded" month of August as you need to leave the car on the street, however we never had to park more than 20 meters from the bungalow. Restaurants and mini market are at walking distance. There is also frequent local bus service to Chora.
Mr Fragkiskos, the owner, and his wife were extremely kind and helpful, and they were particularly tolerant with our (rather noisy) son.
The kid had his own room (2 beds) and we had our own room (1 double bed). An equipped kitchen with all necessary stuff to make our own meal was available. A/C was also available (and was used intensively!). Yard was available, so our kid could play without problem. The overall appearance and state of this property is very good.
The price we paid we found fair for the time of the year and the fact we did a late reservation (NB: no breakfast is included, you need to make your own arrangement for it).
The only little (?) downside we found was cleanness: the bungalow was clean when we entered but it was practically not cleaned afterwards (which we only discovered ourselves). We would have preferred to know from the start that we had to do the cleaning ourselves. Towels were only changed a couple of times and only after we asked for it and then again not all of them.
Had it not been for this, I could say we had an excellent stay.

An amazing and relaxing experience

Myrtia studios is situated in a great location with amazing view which offered us great relaxation. Great services and all-greek breakfast with fresh eggs and figs from the owner's farm! We had a great time! Great value for money.

Myrtia studios in Tinos

Very nice rooms an a nice beach. They are very near town and the people very friendly!! Very quiet , just 2 minutes by car is the beach. Perfect for families!
It was all very nice!
