Perfect Stay
Review: My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights at the end of June 2026 and loved the hotel. It's in a superb location on a hill looking out over Tsamadou Bay (a lovely beach just a few minutes walk away).
We loved the simple, unfussy design and layout of the building, the landscaped gardens and dining terrace, and the superb infinity pool with its view over the bay.
Most of all, we were delighted with the friendliness of all the management and staff, who looked after us so well and made us feel so welcome.
Breakfasts were simple but always fresh and delicious. We had dinner here one night too. Dinner was served on the delightful terrace and the food was excellent, one of the best dinners we had during our entire holiday. We couldn't understand why more people weren't there to enjoy it!
Our room was a superior sea-view room on the top floor. The room was simple, clean and comfortable and the view was wonderful. We would definitely recommend choosing one of these rooms to anyone staying more than a few days because the ample private roof terrace more than makes up for the compact room size.
If we return to Samos one day, this would definitely be our first choice of hotel.
Just a couple of tips for anyone considering a stay here:
The hotel is set out on 3 main levels, and there is no lift. I am 70 with a slight disability but I was able to manage the stairs ok, but not everyone will be able to. Also, the car park is a bit tight, only accommodating 6 or 7 cars, but a public car park is accessible nearby via a path and a few steps to the top of the hill. Again, this was not a problem for us, but people with health or mobility issues need to be aware.
The only small suggestion I would make to the hotel management is that they really should actively discourage guests from "reserving" pool sun-beds by placing their towels on them hours before they intend to use them. While we were there, one selfish elderly couple placed their belongings on the very best pool-side beds every day they were there before anyone even came down to breakfast at 7.30 am. They then didn't even come to the pool till after 10.30am; these guests clearly had no shame! I wish the guests concerned would read this review and pause to reflect on their selfish and inconsiderate behaviour!

Quiet hotel
A nice hotel, quiet and very clean. Nice pool there and sea view. Towels for swimming pool available. Shower cabin very small, but everything is very clean. Simple, neat room. Friendly staff, friendly staff.
Breakfast is good, but the same every day, egg products can be ordered at the table.

Heaven on earth
The location is great, the kitchen fantastic, the rooms clean and the beds lovely. the people are so welcoming.. beautiful views not to mention. Tip: book a room with sea view. And a car is nice. ☀️

A nice, nice and relaxed welcoming hotel
We have been in the hotel for 13 days.Room with sea view on ground floor with beautiful views and fruit trees in the garden. . We also had 2 sun loungers there. The floors above have a small balcony with table and 2 chairs. Mattresses were fine, simple room with lovely shower, coffee/tea area with kettle and fridge. We were just missing a makeup mirror. Everything else is present.
Nice pool there, not heated, but with several sun loungers.
Breakfast was basic but fine. Choices of how you like your eggs, sandwiches, honey, cottage cheese, fresh fruit and fresh gravy d', Orange. Multiple types of coffee.
The same thing every day.
The team that works there is super sweet, friendly, helpful, interested, nothing is too much to ask. Anything with a
Smile. And they also have a nice time together, you can tell by everything.
A little chat now and then.
It is a quiet hotel, beach within walking distance. A rental car is desirable. To Kokkari is 1.5 km.

It might be nice if there was a folder in the room with information and times etc.
