Nice room pretty clean, however when we entered there was a strange smell to it (either sweat or cigaretts) good thing we had a balcony with a big door that we used to air the room. Also, the room was very hot when we got there and the A/C cpuld not be turned on. Great hotel type breakfast and free parking.

The breakfast was 10/10. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy. Checkout was easy. The common areas were clean. The breakfast girl was super helpful.
The shower was great, I loved the huge walk in shower.
There were many amenities to use in the bathroom.
But two issues cost 2 stars.
1. The bed. A slab of granite would be about as comfortable. I have stayed in too many Romanian hotels with broken mattresses that were so soft on the edges that I almost rolled off. This one at the Aventus was SO hard I could barely move in the morning because I was so sore. I am 1.95 meters tall and 110 KGS, and when I laid on the bed, I barely made a dent in the mattress.
2. When I entered my room, it smelled like sour cabbage or saurkraut. I thought maybe there was a smell from the bathroom, but that was fine. The room was very hot, so I turned on the A/C, and immediately my eyes began to water from the sour cabbage smell. It was so bad that I turned off the A/C and opened the balcony door. That resolved both the heat and the smell issues, and it was quite comfortable the rest of the night.
The TV remote was sticky, and the hair dryer quit after 20 seconds and would not start again.
If the bed and the smelly a/c were different, I would give it at least four stars. But I only wanted to sleep after a long drive, and the spa was not why I stopped. That breakfast almost made me forget about how much my body hurt from the bed; it was that good.

very nice hotel

brand new and modern hotel , arrival and in a short time are taken care of all the check in with the various tips and suggestions of the receptionists, The room is very spacious and equipped with outdoor terrace. very nice free spa with sauna pools etc etc

The room was clean , spatious , it wasn’t noisy at all. The bathroom setup was also great , helpful.
The staff was friendly .
The chek -in was okay.

We'll come back!

The Hotel is quite new, everything is very clean and in top shape. Our stay was outside the main season and both the hotel and Baile Felix has been uncongested. The beginning of the main boulevard is reached just a few minutes by feet. The city of Oradea, very recommendable, is just a few minutes by car away.
The breakfast ist very good, especially If you take into account, that Romania doesn't have a breakfast culture. Even people from north-western Europe will be satisfied (I'm German).
The hotel has two heated pools, one inside and one outside, two sauna's (for Northern Europe people: Don't enter it naked ;-), a restaurant, a bar and a huge parking area. The other guests have been calm and decent people, accordingly the price tag.
