Great place for a good price
Food is always good and prices are decent. There is a big variety of foods and drinks and you can take a walk in the surrounding area. They are building a bob track, so that will be fun for sure. And the area is beautiful, so also a great place to spend couple of days and relax

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Food Quality
We were extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Lobogo.
We initially placed our order with a waitress who was pleasant and professional, which gave us a good first impression. However, the experience quickly went downhill. A girl in a blue tank top (not wearing the Lobogo uniform), who appeared unprofessional and did not seem to be part of the service staff, brought our soups. As she placed the first bowl on the table, her bracelet dipped into my soup and splashed some onto the table and my dress. When I politely asked her to replace it, she responded by asking “why,” which was both surprising and unacceptable.
We were not given any utensils until we specifically asked for them, and the water we ordered never arrived. The food quality was equally disappointing. The lamb was undercooked and tasted unpleasant, while the steak we requested medium was overcooked and tasted more like rubber (it was supposed to be an Argentinian meat, had an aftertaste like no Argentinian beef I have tasted before). In addition, the table mats were visibly dirty.
Although the restaurant was busy, there were clearly enough staff present, yet the service was very poor and disorganized. I have eaten here before, but after this experience, it will certainly be my last visit.
If you value quality food and sincere, professional service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place, especially considering there are numerous better dining options just 10–15 minutes away.

Poor Lobigo Bob
We went to the resort today to have lunch and have a go at the Lobigo Bob their on site mini rollercoaster.
When we entered the restaurant there were two people acting as waiters.
A man who was very polite, helpful and professional.
The woman on the other hand was the total opposite . Virtually ignoring us and our request for a table for two. The fact she spoke little English was unimportant. It was her whole attitude that was, in my view, appalling. The man came to take our order and was very jolly and yet professional.
When our food arrived it was lukewarm. Whilst I do not want or expect food to be volcanic hot I do expect it to be hot indicating that it had been properly cooked. Clearly our food had simply been warmed up. It was disappointing.
When it came time to get our bill I asked the female waitress who all but ignored me. Serving two other customers before coming to us to find out what we wanted. I am sure that the male waiter would not have done this.
I am pleased that a gratituity was not included. Overall the food but above all the service was NOT what I was expecting. Very poor from our viewpoint.
Having said that the interaction with other staff and the rollercoaster were excellent.

Mixed feelings
Beautiful surroundings and bobsleigh.
Decent accommodation if you don’t mind the noise of parties and road traffic.
Low quality of food that has nothing to do with local cuisine.
Poor restaurant service.
So disappointing when you expect to eat goulash.
They’ve managed to ruin sarmale, too.

Bellow expectations
Poor variety of food, not healthy, with oil, fat at breakfast and also at dinner.
Not friendly accomodation from hotel to spa distance point of view, from the hotel you have to walk to the spa outside and you have to carry the wardrobes and all that you need with You and it impacts the experience.
The bed mattrices are very hard also.
