Very kind owner

This hostel was perfectly located just off the main square and spotless, but Angie made the stay. She was totally focused on her customers, very kind and sincere, and made a point of remembering everyone's names. She helped us navigate the railway website when we got stuck. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely

This is a lovely little hostel and very central. The owner is extremely helpful and will give you all the advice you need on where to eat, getting to Bran etc. It is both comfortable and clean. It’s about an hours walk from the train station so if you have heavy bags or it’s very hot then treat yourself to a taxi! Location wise is amazing.

Best staff ever

The hostel is good for backpackers. Cheap, very well located. It's true that it lacks a place like a living room or common area to stay besides in your room, but it's not a big deal.
What I liked the most about this hostel is how helpful and friendly the owner was. She dedicated a lot of attention and time to answer all our doubts, help us with planning our activities and ensure we would have a great stay in Brasov, as we had.
100% recommended.

Lovely owners.

Omg. This is the best stay in Romania. The owner was really interested in me and the other guest. As well I was sick, so she gave me some C-vitamin and warm drinks and i did get better really quick. She is one of the nicest persons I have met. Se also told me the easiest way to get to bran and get around in the city.
I got the internet password. Bathroom in the room, and ok beds. the room and the bathroom were clean, it was in the heart of city and still quiet.

Exelent place

Hostel Mara is one of the cheapest in Brasov, location is perfect, dorms are clean and comfortable and the owner is very helpful. Hostel also have a quiet garden for relax. It definately worth the money.
