Absolutely amazing hotel! We loved everything about our stay at Qosmo. You can really feel that every little detail has been carefully thought of, from the beautiful and comfortable rooms to the service.
The reception staff were absolutely wonderful — always smiling, kind, helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Rukes at breakfast, who was incredibly gentle and attentive and took especially good care of us every morning. We truly appreciated his kindness!
The location is perfect, directly opposite the shopping mall and very convenient for the train station as well.
This is a hotel that is absolutely worth the price. Excellent service, beautiful atmosphere, great comfort and wonderful staff. We genuinely loved our stay and would come back without hesitation.
Highly recommended

Amazing reception staff Diana and Florentina

Lots of congratulations for Diana and Florentina at the reception. Excellent characters, extremely helpful, smiling. A real treasure for the hotel. They deserve the best in their life and careers. They are an excellent reason for someone to come back and stay again at the hotel.

Nice hotel, but the rooms are a little strange

Wife and I stayed here from 7/16-7/18 while with Viking Cruises. The hotel is outside the main part of the city and the old town part of the city, and it's too far to walk, so you'll need transportation to get you to the old town where most of the good stuff is. The only thing around the hotel is a large shopping mall across the street.
The staff were nice and the morning breakfast buffet was excellent.
Our room was nice, with tea and cookies upon arrival, but the lighting and bathroom were odd. If you need to have a 4-page instruction pamphlet to show how to operate all the different lights and the sink/shower faucets, then you've made it way too hard! It was a large bathroom, but it had a lot of wasted space as there was very little storage/counter area. And the shower...are "shower shows" big in Romania? Because this shower had a floor-to-ceiling glass wall between it and the bedroom area, only concealing you from the bedroom and the outside window if you used the remote-controlled curtain to close it!
Bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, plenty of water pressure.
Definitely not saying to not stay here as it was nice, but just be aware of its location and the room oddities.

A very modern and clean hotel. Rooms are spacious, with fantastic water pressure in the shower. Being away from the city centre, the area is much quieter, which is a bonus. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was good. Only thing I would mention there was the lack of variety of fresh fruit, and no oats. In terms of location, the hotel is about 2.5 miles from the old town, so it's either a bit of a walk, or easy to get a bus there from the main road. A couple of large supermarkets and shops very close by as well. The one issue I would have to point out about the hotel is beware of the King rooms, since they don't have a shower. We had booked one of these, and had to change room ( downgrade to the standard room) to get the shower cubicle. We also had to ask for the fancy coffee machine and cookies as well, which normally only come with the King room, but the staff were excellent and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property, as long as you aware that it is not right by the old town, and if you want a shower then avoid the King rooms.

Who said customer service is dead? Not at the Qosmo!

Qosmo’s staff is exemplary. For example, they arranged reservations for the pool and provided car service there, all with a smile. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Brasov, Romania.
