Excellent lake view
Internet is ok. Shampoo, shower gels and others are available at the reception upon request, free of charge.

Take your vacuum cleaner and a duster
Strong points:
1. Location – Great, but only because it is nearby the beautiful lake; 20-minute walk to the Dam.
2. Owner – extremely and genuinely polite and friendly. But very ignorant young woman working with him.
3. Fridge in the room.
4. Written warning: no noise allowed after 10 pm in the building. Seems perfect for a quiet holiday, no?
Limitations:
1. Besides the lake, the view from the room shows a deserted shore, with mud, not arranged at all. Depressing. Not pretty at all!
2. Path falling into ravine, children’s park the same. No railings.
3. Quietness: Workings at a house nearby. Started at 6 am and ending after 9 pm. Not pleasant to be waken up by a loud chainsaw. Sure, this is not the owners fault and they warn you about the noise when you book. However, you would expect some quiet times…not that you are supposed to stay all day in the room, but at least during mornings and evenings.
4. Cleanliness – dirty rooms and balconies. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Dirty sheets. No attention to maintain the place at all.
5. Room: dirty, extremely small, feels like you are in a coffin. Bathroom small, but manageable. No air conditioning in the room, but this is not a requirement for a guest house in Romania. Bring with you an air cooler and this issue could be solved!
6. Dirty sunbeds. Not that you would like to seat there and see just mud. But it would have been nice on a sunny day.
7. Breakfast with limited choice of food. Starts late – 9 am...and since you are awake from 7 am …it would be nice to start earlier, at least a coffee should be available.
8. Wi-Fi only on paper, not really working.
Conclusion: Not recommended at all. While walking in Colibita, we considered this guest hose the worst choice. Many other wonderful places, even with pool, extremely nicely maintained, full of flowers and green plants/trees. Price/quality not justified. Just probably because it is in Colibita.

Awesome location, awesome staff
We definitely recommend Casa Dani, especially for how welcomed you feel there because of the hosts - from the owners to the waiters.

Good accommodation and good service
We had a room with a view which was amazing.
We went on a walk through the forest, that was recommended by our hosts.
Definitely coming back!
