Perfect
I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that everything was organized to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast and other dishes were tasty and varied, and the common areas were clean and well-kept throughout the stay.
Another positive aspect is the location, which allows easy access to the main points of interest in the area. It is clear that there is concern for the comfort of the guests and for maintaining good quality standards.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a very good quality-price ratio. I recommend Complex Mediteranean to those looking for a clean, welcoming and quiet place for a few days of relaxation. I would definitely consider it for a future stay.

Avoid this hotel in you want to enjoy your holiday
I don’t even know where to start, but let me try.
Check-in is at 6 PM, clearly set up so you miss lunch—strange policy.
When we checked into the hotel, we found towels stained with rust and the bed sheets were also dirty. We reported it to reception, housekeeping came, and their response was: “What can we do? This is how we get them from the laundry, it’s not our fault.”
Then we were left without hot water. We discovered that if you shower before 4 PM, you might get hot water; otherwise, you won’t. Some guests went 3 days without hot water and were making a scene at reception.
At the pool bathroom, there’s a broken pipe with a horrible smell—you can’t even go in, it’s a health hazard. When we asked, they said they reported it and someone would fix it, but after 7 days nothing had changed.
The food? “All inclusive” with only 3 main dishes. For lunch, dessert was a popsicle, and at dinner just 2 cakes.
The worst experience I’ve ever had at a resort. It doesn’t deserve even one star. Avoid at all costs.

Couldn't find anything worse
Coffee machine (paid) although all inclusive, does not work and no response from the staff to my request for resolution.
The rest of the evening meals, handed over for service the next day at noon!!!!
Very (too loud) music mainly) at the swimming pool. Remix of music in horrible techno version.
We left this horrible place after 2 days.

great location
The rooms are not big but they are clean
The hotel has 2 great pools, for adults and kids
The food is served in buffet system and is diverse enough
