Best location in Ranca

Excellent location, right near the ski slope, beautiful view to mountains.
The rooms are large, warm and clean.
Cuisine is traditional Romanian, very tasty and the Ranca sausages are the house specialty, home made.
Very professional personnel and the owner is very friendly and excellent host.
I recommend this hotel as best location.

Good for holiday

The hotel is in a good location. Uncomfortable beds and bad pillows for a good sleep. We were lucky that we stayed just one night. The price for the dinner was too expensive. Good breakfast. The staff was very attentive.

Nice location

The hotel is located in a central location next to the ski slopes.
Stands out by location and the kindness of the staff, but which can not compensate for the lack of services:
- limited restaurant menu, many menu items were missing
- Small TV for room size
- scammed bedding
- Poor cleaning in the bathroom
- patch carpet
It did not work wifi, but it is a mountain area where there are signal problems.

Expensive food

We stayed there last night. The price was 150 Ron but only for the room. Dinner nor breakfast was included in this price which was a very bad thing because everything was very expensive and unfortunately not well cooked. We hadn't eaten breakfast there because of the bad experience we had at dinner. There was water on the floor in the restaurant and in the balcony water was everywhere so we couldn't stay outside. I don't recommend it.

Moldy food

I was there with friends and family for lunch. We ordered bean soup with smoked pork joint and it came with a lot of mold on it, what you see in the pictures is the best piece of meet from the soup, the others where taken by the waiter before i could take the picture. We asked to speak with a manager about it. Manager came toghether with the chef who did not wear on his had a hair cover and dressed in a t-short and pants. Instead of apologizing they told us is not there fault because they buy the meat from a suplyer and is not there bussiness to check the meat because they pay for it and if we don’t want to pay for the soups is fine. Realy?!?
I don’t recomend this place at all.
