Nice hotel with a great host!!!

Incredibly nice cough : Agnes, super friendly and excellent, five star service!!! Clean and stylish, reasonable and comfortable, modern rooms, nice area in the middle of town. Thank you very much and we can only recommend this hotel! ( The only problem was with the restaurant Orobianco under the hotel which had no regard for the hotel guests and was open with its loud guests until 10.00. 02. )

Small but nice!

Top hotel in Targu Mures...small family business. The rooms are very modern and tastefully decorated. Everything very clean and well maintained.
The hotel has only rooms, no restaurant, no breakfast (around the corner there are delicious bakeries offering all breakfast.
Very good value for money!

Efficient, Comfortable, Convenient

Fairly good room. Good cleaning service....the ladies were attentive when approached. Got bathrobes and slippers which were really helpful as the airline misplaced our Luggage for 3 days. Shower space small, floods easily. Need to improve the beside tables....what is offered is not sufficient. Front Office staff were very nice, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast was fair....dining room hostess very courteous but dining room staff unfriendly. Maybe it's a culture thing‍♂️

Disappointing

Selected the Haller Boutique Hotel based on reviews which are generally very good. Unfortunately, our experience was different: we rang 1 hour before arrival to agree we could park the car by the hotel - we couldn't and the managers kept saying "no problem" rather than understand how inconvenient it was for us. The room was good but for the second night the bed had not been made up - this is so basic as a service but again, the managers did not apologise and just said they would speak to the chamber maid after we had left. The breakfast was OK but being operated independently of the rooms, did not tie in well for our stay. Nice building, nice room but very poor service. We explained to the managers that we would review accordingly but a shrug and "we'll give you a discount next time" didn't cut it.

Upon your arrival, our team did assist you in finding a parking space near the entrance. Additionally, our receptionist helped you with your luggage up to the room.
Regarding the room cleaning, our staff did clean your room the next day as per our usual standards. The bed linens were not changed because they were found pulled together and set aside, indicating they were not to be replaced. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding. Our cleaning staff met with you while they were cleaning your room, and you didn’t mention anything about changing the bed linens. Moreover, our receptionist asked you several times if everything was okay, and you confirmed that it was.
Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to improve our services further.

This hotel was excellent. Better than many 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in and for far better rates. Restaurant staff were also very attentive and friendly, Petruțan especially. They attended to our requests and enquiries very promptly and I could not rate the service more. I am just sad I could not stay more nights, as I was in a passing visit in Targu Mureş.
