Cozy hotel
Just a wonderful hotel - cozy, family-run, clean! Based on the photos and few reviews, I doubted my choice, but when I arrived I didn’t regret it at all.
Located right in the courtyards of the main embankment, where all the sights of Listvyanka are. The hotel has only three floors, we lived on the second, from the balcony there was a gorgeous view of the still snow-covered Baikal!
The rooms have everything you need (even in five-room apartments this is not always the case) - bathrobes, slippers, a refrigerator, a kettle with accessories. Very clean and pleasant, everything is decorated with cedar and smells like wood!
The hotel has a cafe, everything on the menu was very tasty! Draniki, poses, dumplings. Breakfast is served without a menu, with a choice of scrambled eggs or porridge.
Special thanks to the hotel staff and administrator Anna - everyone is hospitable and ready to help.

Low-level hotel service
Stayed at this hotel. The rooms themselves are good, there's everything you need. But the service is pretty low. The hotel seems to be served by 2-3 people performing all functions. The room had no cleaning at all (not even garbage was taken) , the water in the sink did not run well. The rooms are very audible. Breakfast included in the price includes instant coffee. There is a coffee machine, but coffee brewed in it is only for money. All of this just ruins the experience and lowers the hotel level. The view from the window is generally not of the lake, but of the chaotic development of Leavenka.

Nice hotel in Listvyanka
Very good location. The very center of Listvyanka, 2 minutes walk to the nerpinarium, 1 minute to the Ferris wheel, 1 minute to the market, 1 minute to the embankment. The rooms are clean and bright, there is everything you need. There is a cafe downstairs, delicious. The staff is very friendly.

Работникам отеля огромная благодарность за их труд! Улыбчивые, приветливые, стараются сделать ваше пребывание по домашнему уютным. Как пишут в других отзывах, в номере все есть: фен, зубные щетки, гель, халаты, тапочки, все для чаепития. 2 бутылочки воды ставят ежедневно. Мы жили в 21 номере на 3 этаже. Вид на горы и на Байкал, но и на крыши рынка и рядом стоящих домов тоже полюбовались. Шумоизоляция, действительно, в отельчике страдает. И, если у вас чуткий сон, возьмите беруши и будет вам счастье. У нас нервная система крепкая, спали как младенцы.
Завтраки однообразные, но все свежее, горячее и в достаточном количестве.
Заходили в номер люкс. Все тоже самое, что и у нас, только площадь номера больше и есть диванчик. На 2 и 3 этажах номера все с балконами.
Замечательно, что набережная находится в минуте ходьбы. Пляж, хочешь рядом с отелем, а можно пройти за колесо обозрений, по дороге на который есть отличные смотровые площадки и беседки (250 руб/час) и за ними пляж, где меньше народа.

Хорошо
Очень хорошая гостиница, все на высшем уровне, согласна с другими отзывами. Отличное расположение, вкусные завтраки. Но есть 2 минуса.
1. Очень мягкая кровать. Если у вас больная спина, после сна будет болеть ещё больше.
2. Никакой звукоизоляции. Слышно не только телевизор в соседней комнате, но и шаги, разговоры соседей, ночью даже храп соседа, как буд-то он рядом лежит.
