I gave one star but if I could I wouldn't have given it half at all.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel at all!
I arrive Monday March 4 at 4 p.m. because check-in is at 4 p.m., one of the rooms I had reserved was not ready at all, I had to wait until 6 p.m. to be able to use the room.
I suggest to my children while waiting for them to arrange the room to enjoy the swimming pool, the water was so icy that their lips were purple, they decide to go out and head towards the cabins to enjoy the hot shower.
There was no hot shower, they had to go back to their rooms to shower!
I decide to take advantage of the services they offer, they forgot to specify that it was not for women!!!
I go to the massage, the mr tells me there is a man who massages men but not women, and there is no woman to massage women.
I said to myself, it doesn't matter, I'm going to go for a sauna session, when I got downstairs the mr shouted at me no ladies no ladies.
My husband asked him if it was possible for my husband and I to do it together. He refused to allow me to enter because I was not a man and there was nothing for women.
So there's no point in praising services if they're only there for men, at least have the decency to point that out because for the price it costs, I would never book with them if I can't not take advantage of the services they offer, especially since there is no shortage of hotels around them.
I really don't recommend it at all!!!

Ok but not the best customer service

An average hotel for its class. Situated at the old town end of the corniche at least means that taxis are cheaper. As the corniche is very long and very busy the glitzy end is very far away. There’s not much available at the hotel end but you can walk as far as Saedi Fish restaurant which is a must for a great experience and seafood with a view of the sea.
At the hotel the buffet breakfast is generally varied with local and European options. However it runs out quickly and they are very slow to replace items so you can end up going without. We had to ask for our room to be made up every day. This wasn’t standard. Unfortunately we had two sleepless nights at the weekend due to loud parties going on somewhere near and no soundproofing. Even earplugs didn’t work as the beat went on until after 02.00

Lovely hotel and staff:)

The Crown Town Hotel is an absolutely lovely hotel with lots of parking, kind staff, great food and wonderful devote. Our stay was relaxing and quiet which is just how we like it. We felt we weren’t too far from everything and if you rent a car, getting to places from this location is easy. Thank-you for a wonderful stay!
