Good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and provided excellent service

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was excellent. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job maintaining the room every day.
The housekeeping staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, excellent cleanliness, and exceptional service."

super hotel
the hotel is located 200 meters from the sea and the fountain about 500 meters there is a mc donald a bar and another restaurant is located discreetly well the room was large had lounge kitchenette bathroom room and study the pool is made to use by women book it and you can go there comfortable beds and pillows anything of shower gel cream towels and water bring them to you right away as well as tea and coffee breakfast is good and also the desserts that provide at the entrance along with tea and dates the rooms are clean and the staff and 'very friendly and always tries to meet all your requests after chech out in the afternoon we were sent at our request in the pool

عند وصولي إلى الفندق بتاريخ 14 نوفمبر بعد الساعة السادسة والنصف مساءً، أتقدم بجزيل الشكر لموظف الاستقبال على استقباله الراقي المليء بالحفاوة والأدب والاحترام والابتسامة الجميلة. كما أشكر من ساعدني في حمل الشنط وإيصالي إلى الغرفة بكل لطف.
وأخصّ بالشكر موظف الاستقبال الذي ساعدني فورًا في تغيير الغرفة، وقدم لي النصائح المناسبة بكل تعاون وقدر كبير من الاحترافية.

Upon my arrival at the hotel on November 14th after 6:30 PM, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the reception staff for welcoming me with great warmth, courtesy, respect, and a friendly smile. I also appreciate the assistance of the staff member who helped carry my luggage and escorted me to my room with kindness.
I would like to especially thank the receptionist who immediately assisted me in changing my room and provided me with helpful advice in a very professional manner.
My thanks also go to the housekeeping team and all the hotel staff for their consistently excellent service.
Restaurant Section
I extend my appreciation to Mr Abu Yousef, the restaurant manager, for the high level of care and attention I received from him and from the entire restaurant team.
I was also pleased with the warm welcome from Mr Abu Yusif upon entering the hotel, whose constant smile towards me and all other guests added a pleasant touch to the experience.
Overall Review
The hotel is very clean, and its location is excellent—close to the coast. For those who enjoy going to the Corniche, it is easily accessible in a very short time due to the hotel’s proximity to the seaside.

Definitely not recommended. If you value your health, don't book this hotel. Humidity and bad noise has already received us upon entering the hotel then mold infestation around the air conditioning and certain places. Air conditioning must remain set to 16 degrees, otherwise everything will even appear walls sweaty. After complaining about the room, we got a suite that was cleaner, however, we froze. My daughter was unwell and I had a coughing fit, which only got better when I left the hotel. The receptionist Ahmed then moved us to the other, associated, Prime Hotel Groube in the Corniche. Which was further in the end, from which we wanted to start our starting point. It has, of course, caused more taxi costs. I complained to Check24 and the intermediary Destinia and recommended getting the hotel out of the offer. The Hotrl has very bad reviews and very very bad inventory. Please hands off when booking, you will look after it very much.
