Outstanding Hospitality and Comfortable Stay

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Continental Jeddah and had an excellent experience. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, very good cleanliness standards, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help.
The room was spacious, well-furnished, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day. The hotel’s facilities were well maintained, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient for getting around the city and accessing nearby attractions and business areas.
I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the professionalism of the entire team. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Jeddah and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

memories on my birthday

disappointed on my birthday. to be honest, i didnt enjoy much, the food was only like 5 kinds and we were only the guest that time. i didnt enjoy the food. the ambience was so dull, the waiter was not friendly. and he was not approachable. maybe i was just expecting too much

I found myself well

Great hotel in a quiet area of Jeddah. I found everything I needed, shame about the gym closed for work. A special THANK YOU to Abdulaziz and Ayman who helped me a lot in this journey. The breakfast was excellent. I also tried the restaurant for dinner and it was a great buffet!

Hello, the lobby had a pool smell all the time. The AC in the rooms was loud and always cold. The rooms were clean. The food was good. We had to walk around and use several elevators to get to the food court which was in the ball room because of renovation.

Excellent business stay

Being in Jeddah on business, this hotel was recommended by business associates. I stayed 10 nights, so had a good opportunity to see most facilities. The room was very comfortable, though a few aspects were annoying. The toilet seat was broken. It was like that the whole time I was there. The towels were changed every day despite me doing what they requested when you don't want them changed. In fact they make a thing about this with several notices about their green credentials in not doing so much laundry.
The food was good. Buffet for breakfast and Dinner (I never had lunch there). Cooked to order omelets etc also available. Good variety of foods in the buffet, with a slight Asian bias. Service in restaurant was good. The public areas could do with a little maintenance, especially round the entrance. (broken tiles, untidiness, litter, broken step, etc. Generally, very good, very friendly.
