Affordable room , far from Haram, shuttle drops far, breakfast needs improvement
+Family friendly
+Decent size rooms
+New Furniture.
+Cuisine only has Turkish relevant taste.
+Daily replenishment of water and other requirements
+Very spacious, clea Prayer room (on a dedicated floor PR) and ablution area Open all time for visitor.
+ Very welcoming receptionist , helped me early check-in and check-out
Negatives:
-No designated smoking area from Visitors, The Visitors smoke anywhere right Infront of sliding door.
-Away from Masjid Al Haram, Makkah , has shuttle , but shuttle drops really far from Haram gates which allow entry , at least 2km walk. Atleast SR15 for quicker acces to mosque via taxis.
-To meet the 4* mark the Breakfast needs big improvement , A 4* should have variety to cover all type of guests Not just from specific countries. It should have international buffet with atleast a live omelette corner.
Reception not fluent in English.
- No one to advise female Visitors to not recite, pray, talk loudly , to obstruct male Visitors who are praying
