From start to finish a dream stay

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Bisera in Ohrid. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the extraordinarily friendly staff who delighted us throughout the stay with their helpfulness.
Breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied and lovingly arranged, a perfect start to the day. Our rooms were practically furnished, very clean and offered a fantastic view of the lake, which made every morning and evening special.
A minor drawback is the limited storage space, as there are no closets in the rooms, which can be a bit impractical for longer stays. In addition, the Internet was unfortunately very weak and partly barely usable.
Positively noteworthy are the ample parking spaces, which make the arrival by car uncomplicated.
Overall, a wonderful place that we can highly recommend despite minor flaws – especially because of the great staff, the delicious breakfast and the great sea location.

Not all “views” are with views

Great property within walking distance of Lake Ohrid and about 9 km from town. Beautiful swimming pools and solarium with a really suggestive lake view. Excellent breakfast for Quality, Variety and Service (special praise to the breakfast girl, kind and helpful).
The room assigned to the street floor unfortunately did not offer privacy: parking on all sides, smell of moisture and bathroom with little functional glass walls. The manager was very helpful proposing a change of room for only one of the two nights, initially the next day, then changing on the same day with return to the initial room the next day, we sincerely refused for travel fatigue.
I would recommend earmarking that space for other uses (reception, guest relations, tours) and to make more clarity in the online photos and those accompanying the booking. Despite this, positive experience and recommended structure, but be careful when choosing the room when booking!

Nice place

Very nice experience, comfortable rooms and empty minibar. The view is good, there are 3 pools, 1 being a kids'' pool. Netflix, prime video, YouTube, disney+ on TV and more. Not all required a code, rated 8 out of 10

Recommend!

Amazing views. Steps to lake Ohrid. They assist with taxis to ensure the price is fair. Excellent concierge service and the suggested boat ride was also 10/10!

Ohrid granddaughter

Boutique family hotel. It’s reached through narrow streets. But it was worth it. Parking is available. There are 3 pools, which is quite enough. I won’t be able to review this because I’m not on the lake. Delicious choices for breakfast enough. Service workers are friendly with a smile. We recommend that it was very good that we wanted to explore with a catamaran tour on an army lake. They can arrange a Catamaran Tour from the hotel. The rooms were clean and the view from our room was good, we were generally pleased with Recommendation.
