Gem of a place, close to Beau Vallon beach -perfect for a family stay
including all amenities, wonderful stay with kids, beautifully setup and managed near Beau Vallon beach.
Attention to detail - for example having cutlery for kids in the kitchen, the childrens' access lock to the pool area, the mars-rover type 24 hour pool cleaner. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. Shout out to Sabrina, who did an excellent job of keeping the apartment thoroughly clean, but also gave us access to a spare room (as we had arrived earlier than check-in time) so we could rest and recover from our flight. All necessary items and amenities were in the spacious apartment including access to washing machine.

Great accommodation
Such nice accommodation, large apartment with complete kitchen equipment, Ac in both living room / kitchen and in bedroom. Family friendly and nice. Access to pool with sun beds.

Absolutely fabulous!!
We have just come back from a wonderful 10 day stay at Lodoicea Apartments. From start to finish the owners, Sylvia and Travis were simply amazing and super helpful and we can't thank them enough for that! We arrived early morning so requested early check in which Silvia arranged for us no problem. We also had late checkout too as our flight home was not until the evening.
We booked two apartments for our stay -koko for my son, daughter and her fiance and Mang for myself and my partner. The apartments were gorgeously furnished and very spacious each with self contained kitchens containing everything we needed for our stay. There was also filtered cold tap water that you can drink.
Our apartment Mang faced overlooking the saltwater pool area and beautiful greenery. It was absolutely wonderful.
You also have use of laundry facilities for a fee which was very handy.
Silvia was super helpful and even helped us arrange a hire car for the last couple of days we were there.
Location was great, there is a small lane you have to walk down to get to the main road but it's absolutely fine. Just put your torch on at night so that you can see as it's not lit up. It was never an issue for us. There are lots of small shops and hotels dotted along the main road and it's about 10 mins walk to the beautiful Beau Vallon Beach and Grankaz bar/food/casino for their yummy chicken wings and live football so we could watch the premier league games!
We were super sad to leave and will definitely be returning again soon. We can't rate Lodoicea Apartments enough. Thank you for making our time there so special.

7 nights in Zavoka apartment
Pros: Great modern airy apartment, safe and private location, nice pool area and Silvia was super helpful,
Cons: Road outside was quite dark if you had to walk at night. Shower was not always hot enough but Seychelles is so OK.
Overall definitely recommend

We never had an issue with hot water before, maybe there were not enough hours of sun since we are heating with solar panels. But we will definitely have it checked! Sorry for that inconvenience. Excellent
Lovely little gem. The owners are very hands-on and readily provide assistance when needed. The apartments are new, clean and decorated with unique pieces of furniture, which add on to the charm. I will definitely use this accommodation again.
