My stay at Kam Leng Hotel Singapore from 04.12.2025 to 07.12.2025 was a solo trip. Since Singapore has expensive accommodation and very small premises. I understood that birdhouses were not the place I wanted to live and I chose the price-to-space ratio. This hotel is suitable for travellers on a limited budget, as well as for those who return late from walks to only bathe and sleep comfortably. At the reception desk are polite and friendly receptionists who will help at any time. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked for a deposit in Singapore dollars, I had dollars, I left the equivalent of 100, I had my deposit refunded upon leaving the hotel. What I used at the reception asking the receptionist to check out of the hotel late for the airport, I was provided with a luggage storage room and left my suitcase and decided to walk to the nearest shopping malls "Aperia Mall", "Golden Villagt Suntec City", "Bugis Junction" recommend. It also rained on the day of arrival, there were umbrellas at the reception desk. The room was located on the 1st floor. The service matches the stars: daily water replenishment, regular wet cleaning and fresh towels, bed linen clean without stains. There was no smell of mold or insect presence. The room has a comfortable large bed, a room with shower and plumbing – all in good working order, an opening window through which fresh air entered. Having an air conditioner in the room that directed airflow directly to the bed, this small disadvantage was compensated for by the bathroom window. Turning off the air conditioning at night and leaving the bathroom window open, the room slept comfortably. You can walk to small India, near the metro station, and close to the airport. The Marina Bay Sands Hotel and all the attractions are not long to reach by subway. I recommend stopping by Esplanade – Theatres. If you go inside, you can listen to opera music rehearsing in the hall. The hotel has a shopping mall called City Square Moll in the area, a supermarket opens until 11 p.m., a discount on self-made products is available in the evening and a UnionPay card is accepted. You can shop well I recommend "IMM Building Outlets". I was lucky with the weather too, it only rained for one day. But what struck me about Singapore was the construction of buildings. There's a canopy, and if it rains or the sun is really hot, you walk under it pretty much all the time.

The room looked okay until we had to use the facilities. The shower system looked efficient with multiple types of shower head but the water pressure could not be adjusted and one of the shower head was already broken. The charger points did not work. The room did not come with a phone as well. We had to go down to the reception for any requests.

Excellent stay with my bestie. The room is good for 2 people, with working desk and able to work with my laptop. Internet speed is excellent. We are on the cornered room, quiet at night. Bus stop is near the hotel. MRT takes 10mins walk. Riding a bus in Singapore is more convenient and cheap so we prefer this than riding expensive MRT. With daily cleaning and there’s bidet to toilet. 10/10

Our overall stay was fantastic. The location was great, and the front desk worker, Miss May, and all the other staff were incredibly helpful.
The only suggestion we have is that slippers for the bathroom would be a welcome addition. Additionally, we had to ask twice for our room makeup.
We hope these improvements are made for our next trip.

- shower had a shower gel and shampoo dispenser!
- receptionist was patient and nice
- sheets were clean, minibar was clean (water, kettle and coffee provided)
- can hear people from next door snoring lol
