Great food and Service in Royal Garden

We have our lunch at Royal China restaurant. We were served by Jason , Taylor , Anna and supervisor Wenjing. They serve with great professionalism and great service, we will definitely come back and will strongly recommend to all our clients and family. A 5 star service!

Calming sanctuary away from the city

Had the opportunity to experience Raffles Sentosa as part of a family entourage attending a family wedding. I have to say in the short stay within the premise, I felt like i had been transported away from the rest of the world. It was a peaceful sanctuary, albeit too exclusive for a city dweller like me. Accessibility of food was either through the in-room dining service or, the various restaurant options onsite. Of course, if you choose to, you could also venture off-site for other food options.
Apart from the initial check-in miscommunications, a spider found in the child's travel pack and a disconnected message resulting in some inconveniences with a startled child. (when placing order for my in-room meal, i had specifically told the reception that i had a baby sleeping and not to ring the door bell, while it was acknowledged, the message did not seem to get passed. the door bell was rung not once but twice despite me having left the main door/gate slightly ajar), the stay was pleasant and calming to the soul.
I would certainly consider a re-visit.

Amazing Lounge experience

Had a great time at Raffles Room! Fully satisfied with our Sentosa Sling and Mong was super warm and friendly and made sure we comfortable. Felt like we were home. Cheers!

Amazing stay i don’t regret spending my money on this AMAZING luxurious resort

I went to stay at Raffles Sentosa for a holiday and i have to say, this resort is so peaceful, clean and beautiful. Room is very comfortable and it feels like you’re in another universe, and staffs are always smiling and makes me feel like i’m truly welcomed. I absolutely LOVED the rooms.
I also went to have dinner at Empire Grill and the food was exquisite and its rich. Everything come out nice & fresh!
Thanks to all the amazing staff and especially this man named Santos. Me and him had a nice chat, He was very attentive, polite and his personality really stood out to me. He was very joyful and i could tell that he really loves his job.
The service with all the staff was truly a blessing. Made my whole day brighter. The food was excellent, Every single dish was nicely presented and full of flavour .
Overall, the whole experience from check in until leaving was wonderful. I made many happy memories and will definitely recommend Raffles Sentosa Singapore to my family and friends.

Elegant, calming atmosphere. Private area yet easily accessible due to the efficient and knowledgeable staff.

We had drinks in the lobby are were hosted by Joanna. She made the whole experience very rewarding. Her elegance and kind demeanor made our day. Thank you to her and all the staff. We were also indulged with a ride around the hotel and hope to come back to stay one day.
