A very pleasant hotel with great staff
The hotel has a beautiful wellness area, pleasant, small pearl pools with an excellent temperature, a beautiful view of the Šírava.
Error bar with refreshment, which I fully understand, however, that it is not economical in these conditions.
The rooms are great, with a beautiful view of Širava, equipped with everything you need, very above standard in the given location.
The breakfast is also nice, the selection is adapted to the taste of the visitors, so you can't expect, when the capacity is not full, that there will be a selection of 50 types of food, despite this, everyone will find something for themselves. The food is tasty, the restaurant again has a beautiful view.
The staff is great, the lady at the reception, who is here around the clock, is always very nice and helpful, willing.
Dinners are also nice.
The children's playground and the surroundings of the hotel are very nice and well-kept.
It's a shame that Slovakia can't sell itself like other European countries.
I rate the hotel as a very pleasant place, where we always like to return when we go east.

A wonderful venue for a relaxing stay with members of our extended family.
The stunning views over the huge lake from the rooms were great. Thunderstorm also impressive with great reflections on the water!!

Beautiful local toon but poor service
They are really stingy with the a/c however. It couldn’t get the room cool as it clearly hasn’t been serviced properly. They did not seem to care.
Breakfast was good. Some service staff were excellent while others couldn’t give a damn about customer service.
A lovely lady called Jana got a cot for our baby.
Would have been 5 star if not for the crap customer service.

Good Food
It was a lovely day and it was great to be able to sit outside on the sun deck.
We had a lovely meal of soup and roast pork. Other options were chicken and duck. All the food was very good.
The function room is downstairs from the main entrance, down 2 flights of stairs. There is also a small lift. There are toilets in the corridor leading to the function room.
There is an interesting low level seating area with cushions (see photos).
There were lots of fresh flowers on display which was nice.
I can’t comment on bedrooms etc as we only saw the function room and outdoor area.
There were plenty of staff on hand although service was sporadic and could have been improved by clearing empty glasses, bottles, plates etc from our tables quite a bit quicker.
