What an apartment!!

We arrived after a long journey. Climbed 3 flights of stairs opened the door and WOW.
What an apartment! It was huge. An entrance hall which housed a double wardrope, a table, a shoe rack and a fridge. A door off the hall leads to a a large bathroom with shower, corner bath, 2 sinks plus toilet and bidet. Into the open kitchen/diner/lounge. A kitchen with full, working cooker plus cupboard with all the things you need to self cater. Even cleaning ptoducts are provided.
A dining table with 6 chairs, then 2 4/5 seater settees, a flat screen tv etc.
You can enter the bedroom from the lounge or hall. Here there was a lrge dble bed, a single bed, a coy plus a very large chest of drawers. Also double doors leading on to a balcony with a wicker settee, chair and large table plus a drying rack. The view over the train track was of snow covered mountains. Fabulous.
The staff were superb, we noticed a chip in a glass and it was replaced with 3 glasses. The shower head holder was missing, immediately fixed.
One Sunday morning we woke to hear water dripping from the loft above. Within 15 minutes of contacting them via email, staff were there to mop up and sort the problem.
Towels were changed every 2 days. bins emptied and bedding changed once a week.
It was a 5 minute walk in to Poprad where there are plenty of bars/restaurants. The Forum shopping Centre plus lots of little shops as well as a street market all day Thursday and Friday.
The train station is less than 5 minutes walk and this meant we were able to leave the car and travel to Kosice when we needed, as well as being able to jump on a train in to the mountains.
So lucky to have found this place. We have already recommended it to several people.
We stayed in the Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment.

Great 3-Night Stay

Perfect for us. Very spacious, clean, well-appointed, quiet, comfortable bedding, etc. Excellent location very close to train and bus stations, restaurants, large grocery stores, etc. Reasonable price, good value. The lady who operates Penzion Fantazia was very pleasant and provided us much helpful information when we saw her each morning at reception. We highly recommend.

Another excellent stay at this lovely Penzion

Again can't recommend this Penzion highly enough if you are staying in Poprad, well situated, not far from the centre or the railway station, quiet road, also has parking too, friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms that are nicely decorated and excellent value.

Few days in Poprad

We have stayed in the pension for 5 nights with the view of going to Vrbov thermal spa, mountains and Aqua city so having a central location 5 minutes to train station was a great bonus. The accomodation is kept meticulously clean and provides nice area with feidge/kettle and cuttlery/plates. This had made catering for ourselves much easier. It is 10 minutes walk to a large supermarket Billa and just a couple of minutes t a shop in Prior where you can get fresh milk and bread in the morning. Despite the location it was very quiet and wonderfully warm even in the cold winter when the temperatures dropped to -10 Celsius. The owner is very friendly and accommodating any queries. We would definitely like to return again as we can't fault this place at all.

Clean, comfortable, morden Pension near the city centre

I have stayed here a few times and it is a lovely, clean, modern Pension in a great location, not far from the railway station or the city centre, both about 5 minutes walk away. The staff are very friendly, parking available too, rooms are clean and well presented. It does not come with 24 hour reception or provides food, though most rooms, if not all, have a fridge.
