A great place in Bled!
Traveled as a family, and stayed in two apartments: the big family in the Orange apt and the couple in the Red rose. Both apartments were very comfortable and had everything that we needed.
Location is great. 10 minutes walk to the lake and a minute walk to a supermarket.
Barbara was a great hostess. She was so nice and kind.
Definitely recommending this place!

6.00am start every morning
Let's start with the positive good location 10 mins walk to the lake. The son of the owner very nice and welcoming.Apartment very clean nice bathroom but shower leaked over the floor.Now for the negative the corner unit had 2 back cushions missing as there was only 2 off us we managed.The biggest negative is the apartment overlooked the cash & carry next door 6.00 am every morning fork lift drivers were using machine that had a constant beep beep noise which went on until Midday with lots of shouting to each other.As we were on holiday and working all week the last thing we wanted was to be woken every day at 6.00am.The table and two chairs outside are unusable need dumping. The TV does not have a news channel in English.some other items you might like to add to make apartment more 4 star.A coffee table, clock,shelf in the shower,a tea towel ( I did bring one many will not) information how the dishwasher & cooker how they worked.Dvd would be good for rainy days which we had. Be warned the cooker hood is very dangerous the height of it is eye level over the work top, got a nasty cut eye.

Awesome weekend
Kind, helpful and flexible owner. Clean and beautiful apartment with satisfying facilities. Stream under the window is incredible. Highly recommended to everybody to try this excellent apartment in Bled.

Great for families!
Barbara (the owner) is very welcoming and friendly and we couldn't ask for a better hostess! She is lovely.
The apartment is fairly priced and perfect for families and those traveling on a budget. We had all the amenities as promised (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, etc.), which made it possible to prepare a lot of our meals at the apartment. There is also a grocery store a few doors down the street, which is very convenient.
Clean towels, hand soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer were provided in the bathroom. You can hang wet towels, bathing suits, and laundry on a drying rack on the balcony.
The bedrooms had nice clean sheets and a thicker blanket was provided for colder nights and a light fleece blanket for more humid weather. We definitely enjoyed the addition of the ceiling fan in the master bedroom as it kept us nice and cool.
The couch was big and comfortable, the TV was a good size, and of course we had free WiFi as promised. It definitely came in handy to plan our sightseeing trips for the next day.
The apartments are nicely located too with a short walk to the lake, souvenir shops, and many well recommended restaurants. A short drive away and you are right in Triglav National Park where you can go hiking or swimming at another beautiful lake (Lake Bohinj). If you want to venture a little further, in a little over one hour you can go to Postojna Caves, Škocjan Caves, Predjama Castle, or visit Slovenia's capital city Ljubljana.
We really enjoyed our stay at Rose in Winter and we would recommend it to other families. We struggled to come up with anything negative about our experience, perhaps the only thing being that you can't choose who you have as neighbors. Our neighbors on both sides of us were very loud, but granted we did not complain. Also you could have that happen no matter where you stay! Once our noisy neighbors left, which unfortunately was only a day before us, it was as quiet as a church mouse.

great stay in bled
great place , location is very good, 50 m from market and just 2 min drive from bigger market and bakery
the apartment is well equipped with nice kitchen , very nice shower (modern) and also very nice place for breakfast outside of the apartment
the owner was very helpful and very responsive
