Valuable items

WARNING: It is not advisable to leave any valuables in this hotel because they may disappear and they will not take responsibility.
I forgot a new pair of sneakers valued at about 150 euros in the room. The hotel itself confirmed to me several times that they had been found, but after more than two weeks of calls and emails, the final response has been that they do not know where they are and that the person who supposedly located them no longer works there. At no point has the establishment assumed responsibility or offered any solution or compensation.
Very disappointing experience also in other aspects: rooms with poor cleaning, neglected bathroom, and a general feeling of lack of maintenance, in addition to an unpleasant odor.
Total lack of seriousness and professionalism in the management of the hotel.

The worst experience of my life.

The arrival was already an odyssey because once you make the payment for the room, the owner and his wife, who are quite unprofessional, disappear.
Our bathroom flooded and no one showed up the first night. We requested a room change and they told us to put our luggage on the street and lock us out.
If you want to have a pleasant stay, do not even think about staying here.

Unpresentable chorizos

Worst place I've ever had the misfortune to stay.
A room with a broken TV screen, a broken blind. I arrive at the room at 11 am and I find all these damages and he tells me that he returns my money and that I go somewhere else... at 11 pm because of the unprofessionality of selling a room that is not to sell it I have to start looking for an accommodation, of course I do. Then he tells me he'll pay me back 20 euros, I accept and I'll go to sleep.
The next morning I find more damage: the bathtub loses water and the light switch breaks. When I check out it tells me that the woman at the reception who will tell the manager about the damage to make the return.
He writes to me on whatsapp to tell me that the room smells like tobacco, which if true must have entered through the window, since we are non-smokers the two people we stayed. Using the smell of tobacco starts to blame me that for clients like me the rooms are as they are... I mean, he gives me a room that's not there to sell it, he makes up that we smoked and he doesn't give me back, even the amount we agreed to. He then blocks me from whatsapp. A great professional yes, sir,
It's probably the most scoundrel-like address I've ever seen.
To all this the rooms are very small, the furniture is terrible and there is a lot of noise in the street, so I could not sleep anything.
An unsubmittable address that will receive my complaint.

Unfortunate experience.

Room with a crack from top to bottom in the wall of the bathtub, broken switches, one of the windows that overlooks a cozy inner courtyard does not close, smell of very strong air freshener trying to cover the smell of pipe coming out of the bathroom, stains on the walls and chips. 60€ for a room that is not even worth 10€. True, the place is perfect, central in the middle of the tapas area.
Everything would have been there as for one night we could ignore it but the best was yet to come.
At one o’clock in the morning a person opens the door of the room with a card although at check in each new customer is given a new access code. We could understand that there had been an error at the check out of the other customer but not that with his card he could have access. So I was trying to make the person I had to call understand that night (there is no service at reception at night) but far from trying to apologize he suggested that. We left the room and he returned the amount of the room...
TOMORROW... after this he hung up the phone. Absolutely unpresentable and far from the professionalism expected of a person who manages a business. The next day for the haste and apology of the person who was at the time in reception we did not ask for the claim book but I am still regretting it. If you read this, in my review, look for another hotel, Pension, boat, park or ATM, but I recommend that you do not go here. Unfortunate treatment and little helps the state of the room we were in.

A scam

I don't know where he gets two stars. We were in the family and taking the luggage to the room was an odyssey: very narrow staircase and mini elevator only from the 1st floor.
But the worst part was that we were charged 253 euros for a night there!! We thought it would be spectacular for that price, and what was our surprise to see the cuchitril. We had no option to change, it was one night only. But then we saw that our room, was actually 100 euros on a website. I mean, I'll charge us 143 euros more for the face!
We ask for official rates at reception and does not have, which is not allowed.
We tried to negotiate with the Owner to get the difference back and he is a rude guy who has not had any gestures.
Don't go!
