Modern hotel

This hotel is located in the heart of the shopping area. It has an underground parking common to shops on site. Modern ensemble, cold and a little too air-conditioned for my taste. Spacious room, complete and clean. Bathroom with separating glazing with bedroom, not common.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated.
The bathroom itself was fine, but the amenities were disappointing. Although they were technically new and unopened, they looked as if they had been handled by many people before. It seemed the cleaner hadn’t replaced them in a long time, which gave the hotel a cheap impression.
The kitchen closed at 10:00 pm, and when I arrived at 10:15 pm, there was no option to eat at the hotel. Instead, the staff suggested I download a delivery app and order food myself. In Spain, where late dining is common, this was quite surprising and inconvenient.

Good facilities but out of the way

Hotel with very good facilities, very nice staff, clean room, bathroom very well but with bathtub that is an incordio. It's in the mall and if you want to go shopping weekend it's okay but if you want to go concert to the Coliseum thinking that it's close as some say around here, my opinion is that it's not true and not for the 2km. that there is because in my case the walks do not kick me back but there's road in the middle where it's forbidden to move people and you have to go for very bad shortcuts so much that I took the car back in the parking lot and there yes they are 7 min. to arrive.
