A total disappointment
The most amazing thing is to find a construction strut (holding a ceiling beam) in the middle of the landing, barely concealed with a fabric. Add to this unprotected plugs and trim right next to the sink and beams on the top floor at 175 cm high. A constant danger of accident or electrocution.
The pool is green, the jungle garden and the umbrellas are broken with the chairs lying on the floor. The inner courtyard has a broken roof; when it rained, water gushed into the house. The kitchen was filthy, overrun by ants and full of open packages and bottles of alcohol from previous guests. There are rooms with unfinished floors and bathrooms have neither door nor ceiling, so privacy is nil.
In conclusion: If you're thinking of booking this house for photos, think twice. It is the perfect example of "what you ask for Shein vs. what comes to you". The photos in the ad do not reflect the real state of abandonment and abandonment.
