B & B WITH Motorhome camping spaces

Fabulous site for motorhome stopover in rural Andalusia
Close to Alora town with easy access to many places of interest.
Very friendly welcoming owners Adri and Monica
Lovely garden, pool and lounging area nestled in the peaceful qiiet Alora countryside

Very good location

Good location, very nice surroundings, good private parking, good air conditioning, good hot water, bedding smelled very good and clean, towels were passable but smelled good, the Paris room smelled horrible, the bathroom had pipes or drains, a rusty shower. and the shower head only a strong and fine pressure position should be changed, kettle with lime, blinds did not go up well, bed was horrible, they sank, a little neglected room in small details but good, very nice garden area With pool, large American style room, owner does not speak much Spanish, friendly. It only changes the trash can and offers you a change of towels.

Disappointing.

Pleasant area and character property. We stayed 3 nights. Nice host. Negatives were paper thin walls ( our neighbours were ‘active’ till 2.00 am); barking dogs and you need to bring drinking water. No breakfast was available when we stayed, so go prepared!

Really friendly hosts and great location.

A friend and I were in the area for a climbing holiday - usually we travel around and will stay in different places for one or two evenings, always moving on, but although we originally booked for just two nights, we ended up staying at Dos Alamos the whole holiday :-)
The hosts (Monika and Adrie) are lovely and very accommodating, everything we needed was there, and it was great that the rooms each include a small private kitchen area if you would like to cook for yourself. We also had breakfast on two of the mornings and tea one evening - the food was great and very generous.
As for the location, we found it was really great for climbing - we spent a few days at the mountain in Valle Abdalajis (about 20 min drive to the climbs), and also El Chorro was only a short drive away (approx 45 mins), along a pretty fun windy drive which takes you up the hills. We also spent a day hiking in El Torcal, which has amazing geology.
It was brilliant and I recommend Dos Alamos :-)

friendly hosts, great amenities, good cook

Stayed for 10 days. Great location to start your exploration of this great area with architecture, culture, nature spectacular mountain safari tours etc. We fully enjoyed our stay. Time of the year was still a bit cool but, compared to -20 at home it was balmy. We went on 2 separate jeep safari tours with Adrianus. The host are a good resource for planning your day trips in the area. There is lots of info available in the reception area. This time of the year nature is beautiful with lots of blooming wild herbs. The accommodations have everything you need, do not expect any luxury. The beds are good. breakfast delicious and the whitefish in bacon yummy (Monica is a good cook). Good connection to Malaga airport by metro train, the host are willing to pick you up if needed but we preferred to rent a car for the 10 days. All in all a very good experience.
