Spectacular Tasting Menu Restaurant Gran Hotel de Barbastro and pairing with Wineries Viñas del Vero. UNBEATABLE!!!!

A night to savor slowly, toast without haste and be surprised at each dish in this fantastic dinner paired at the Gran Hotel de Barbastro with a sublime tasting menu.✨
Yesterday we lived an unforgettable experience in @grupoghb de #Barbastro where every detail, every aroma and every pairing took us on a trip through the Somontano hand in hand with the @vinasdelvero wineries. An elegant, careful and nuanced tasting that turned dinner into more than just a meal: an authentic encounter of sensations.
Wine-hugging dishes and wines that enhanced every bite... laughter, conversations and that magic that only appears when everything fits.
Thank you Natia, Carla, Carlos and the @grupoghb team for their professionalism, their affection and for such a special evening. Without a doubt, of those nights that remain in the memory and invite you to repeat very soon.

Dinner cotillion night old mess

We stayed four nights, counting on the night of New Year's Eve general the hotel is not four stars I would rate it in three and fair, the worst was the dinner of New Year's Eve quite out of control with products that of good quality as they are the lobster and the ternasco jars turned into mediocre kitchen the service seems that it was two levels one is for the known people I suppose of the area and another for the people who came from outside also not so well known to order the wine had to be put on a waiting list and the cava we go to lock in some tables left the bottle and in others on a waiting list also, better was the dinner and the dance cotillion I think the only salvageable a detail in the desserts was served a small cake and nougat and extra Christmas zero ballplayer so we have been other times and even a New Year's Eve in 2019 but I do not think we will return

Do not order rice

Don't even ask for a rice menu. Black tastes sweet (they told me it was still because of the caramelized onion, first news that with the shellfish they threw that ), inedible. Acidic and soda seafood rice, fish broth or even smell it. There were 4 of us and we thought the same. I had to order some croquettes to eat something. There was no aftershock when we told him. We hoped they wouldn't get paid but there was the €12. For a €35 menu without wine and a place like that we found it a shame. On the other hand very good starters, desserts and service

The huge and super comfortable bed.

The huge and super comfortable bed. Overall, good facilities.
The only catch is that it was very hot in the halls of the upper floors. In the room pulling air conditioning.

Clean, quiet, well located and great bedding

Hotel a bit old, but it's not a problem for me. Great location, right in the center (in the old town with its small pedestrian streets). Clean and quiet, I was afraid of noise because the hotel is located on a living square, but you can hear no street noise, very well soundproofed. Restaurant on site and close to all shops.
But the highlight of the hotel is the bedding. What a nice surprise to discover a bed sizeXXL, and very comfortable.
I recommend because if I had to come back to Barbastro, I would choose this hotel again
