Excellent

I recommend this hotel, where the staff intuitively takes into account the individual needs of the guest. My sincere thanks for giving my wife and I such a personalized stay. The hotel, located a little further from the city center, offers ample opportunity to explore various destinations in Barcelona. The staff and General Manager's dedication is evident every day. The staff gets to know their guests, and the atmosphere is very safe. The efficient and quiet air conditioning in the room is invaluable on these hot days.

THEY START BAD ... THEN RECOVER :)

As per the title.
Location in a strategic position near the Fira (about 12. Minutes walk from the homonimq metro stop that connects directly airport and 5 minutes from the metro stop of the City of Justice).
Building of fairly recent construction.
Internal security measures of excellent quality.
Very good reception.
Initially they assign me Room on the first floor in a position near the lobby, so the noise both outside and from the ground floor was excessive so I ask for the change of room and they assign me a room on the upper floors.
The management of the gearbox was good.
The fact remains that the exterior fixtures are not perfect, so some street noise can be heard.
The rooms have a sober contemporary style.
The dimensions are not too large but I rate them correct.
As equipment in the room nothing is missing.
Very good TV and wifi.
Bathroom not large but also functional with good quality sanitary ware and taps.
Very good shower both as a shower head , temperature and water flow (plus).
Another plus is undoubtedly the breakfast buffet with table service and freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen. Special mention to Antonio who is a perfect and caring host.
Positive final judgment, given the attention to the customer after the initial misstep that makes me take a bullet out of the overall judgment.
It can still get better.
I recommend if you are traveling for business and need to visit the fair.

Very basic.

In the renovated AC Hotel, small and adequate. The
Room was fine, nothing more. What caught my attention was the very basic breakfast, and it seemed to me that they were not refilling the trays that were half empty (at 8 am). The
Meeting room was fine, and the food in the restaurant was quite average for the price of €50. The cold cuts were of low quality, the frogs inedible, and the croquettes were hot on the outside and frozen on the inside. The ribeye was average.

Great overnight stay!

We stayed here for 1 night before boarding a cruise. Everything was top notch! Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great water temp and pressure. Easily walkable to mall and cafes. It’s about a 20 minute ride to cruise port and about 30 minutes from airport. Would happily stay here again.

The entire stay was excellent from the staff at the reception desk, to the quality of the room. Very nice all around and will stay there again if I'm ever in Barcelona.
