Fantastic staff, nice suite and close to metro with access to all of Barcelona

Super nice little suite with room for 2x2 people. The room could be converted into 2 rooms with doors on ceiling rails. Everything played as it should and the service was perfect. The cleaning was fine. The service in the 24-hour staffed reception was really good, safe and so service-minded and helpful. Great praise to the staff!! Located in quiet neighborhood but so easy and fast to get by metro to all places in Barcelona!

To be clear, we had a one night stay, arrived at 2100, went out until 0000, then left at 0430, so very little time in the hotel
Two reasons we were unhappy, despite the room being clean and well presented:
The internet was awful, a device would stay attached for a few seconds then drop. I could have investigated with reception, but at midnight, with an early start, we needed sleep time and had to leave internet access until our next destination.Doubtful the night reception wouldbe able to do much
On site charged parking is advetised. I was told my car was too big - it was a rental Renault Symbioz, I was given a web site to book a car park, which involved a 10 mins walk (with bags after checkout), so really not too happy about that
Hotel location is good for the metro. Shower is good, beds comfortable
I expect an ApartHotel to provide an empty fridge, not one that is treated as a large minibar
Staff were friendly

Great facility and well connected!

The hotel is located in a noble and very quiet area, the tip for families, well connected to the center although a bit 'distant, but equipped with all means of transport to reach every part of Barcelona.
The structure has rooms equipped with all amenities (except bidet), the kitchenette was of fundamental importance to us, to our liking the ability to use dishes, microwaves, and products for cleaning the kitchen. The rooms are quite spacious, the staff is very friendly and helpful, we had a problem about a water leak and they wanted to change the room immediately without making any problems, I still recommend solving this problem since the leak existed due to the infiltration of the rain (room401). Good cleaning, to better control the "hidden" corners. Overall a great facility for families who want to enjoy Barcelona staying in a quiet and well connected area!

The shower’s water gets cold super fast and you need to wait for longer than 30 minutes to get warm water again. The property is kind of old.
