Arrived late at night and walked past the entrance multiple times (could see the parking garage). There is minimal signage, a small door for the entrance and then small steps to the reception.
Room was lovely and cool, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also nice and big, but it flooded quickly when one of us had a shower. Did tell staff on checkout, but another guest needed to translate.

The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing that was missing, in my opinion, was a small refrigerator to keep drinks cold, especially since there isn’t a bar on the property. Other than that, the location is fantastic—it’s a truly beautiful neighborhood that feels safe and pleasant.

The hotel was a great stay in Barcelona, easy access to bus stops amd train stations, very friendly and helpful staff and the room we got was a newly renovated one and it was great!

The hotel is currently under renovation and my review reflects that status. It might be great and I wouldn't have left a poor review if I'd known it was going to be under reservation when I made my booking, but only discovered this when I walked into the noise filled lobby. My room itself was fine and there was no construction on the weekend, though I will note that (like many hotels in old buildings) the noise insulation was poor. Location was great and the staff were kind.

Barcelona has become a city where the hotel are really too expensive... and most of the time the quality/price ratio is really not ok, I have to say.
H-Regas, is still expensive for the the quality, but is definitely one of the best recent experience in Barcelona!
