I do not recommend it at all.
From the beginning, I had problems with the condition of the room and the cleanliness of the common areas, issues that I reported on repeated occasions. Although some things ended up being resolved over time, I never felt that there was truly professional management.
The worst part came at the end of the contract. The return of the security deposit was a slow, non-transparent process full of obstacles. I had to complain on numerous occasions to obtain explanations and documentation that justified the deducted amounts. As a client, I believe that a company should act with much more clarity when it manages its tenants' money.
The most surprising thing was that, after posting a negative review, the company responded by trying to discredit my experience by referring to personal issues that had no relation to the problems I reported, instead of taking responsibility and responding to the substance of my complaints.
My opinion is based exclusively on my personal experience and on facts that I can document through emails and conversations held during my stay.
I would not hire their services again, nor would I recommend them to other people looking for accommodation with transparent and professional management.

Essential - no hot water
The house is basic and in an excellent location. However, the very thin walls made it impossible to rest: we could hear the neighbors coming in and talking as if they were with us, even at 2 am. The windows on the street were completely ineffective against external noise.
The most serious problem was the complete absence of hot water. We reported the outage Saturday morning, but nothing was fixed. In the evening, on our second call, we were told that they would "take note" without being able to intervene.

We booked an apartment for 9 people according to photos we were quite looking forward to our trip, it all looked great.
Then arriving at was fully the opposite and shock for us, we couldn't believe it.
First we had no heating, door handles were missing, cupboards and furniture in a desolate state, not usable, windows were not tight.No matter what you touched was already dangerous man was afraid that it would disintegrate.Loose fallen tiles.Holes in the walls,no sautability available.1400euro we could have booked a hotel too.

Do not rent form them
It Took 3 agreements, 20 emails, 15 calls, and even with a prepayment of $2550 they left me in the street without checkin, not allowing me in the apartment.
their payment gateway doesn’t work, they don’t accept any card that is not EU based.
