Superb family vacation
With my two children, almost 3 years old and 15 years old. We booked a business room. We were on the first floor but we were not facing the street. We were in the inner courtyard. Not much of a view, but it was not bothersome. The apartment was very quiet and the neighbors were respectful. I was worried about the size of the pool, but it was more than enough. We were sometimes even alone, total bliss. The water was nice. The view from the terraces is really nice. There is plenty of room to lay down your towel or do a little exercise. The people were respectful, other families with children. The children were playing together. I had an issue with the dishwasher that wasn't working. I realized it at 8:00 PM. At 10:00 AM the next day, the technician was there and fixed it, after the receptionist came to see directly, asking me if she could via WhatsApp. It's great for communicating. They rented bikes for me, dropped off and picked up directly at the residence, and even ordered my return taxi. It's in a super location. Facing Mar Bella and the skatepark (for my son). Close enough to the Poblenou metro (5 min walk). Rambla de Poblenou is super nice. Great neighborhood. Everything in the immediate vicinity (Aldi for big grocery runs, even on foot). Honestly, a great one-week stay with my two children and my son who is a BMX fan.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment it was very clean with all the essentials we needed,the air conditioning was really amazing as it was so hot in Barcelona when we visited.
Very comfortable beds and I liked the concept of having 2 separate bathrooms both had a showers.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would not book again and would not recommend it to others!
What a shame!
Unfortunately, the apartment corresponded to neither the description nor the published pictures. The furnishings are outdated, clearly showing their age, and partially broken.
A decisive reason for us to book was the advertised pool area on the roof. Upon our arrival, however, we had to discover that there were neither lounge chairs nor other seating options available there. Furthermore, the entire area was dirty and not at all inviting. Upon our inquiry, we were informed that it is not permitted to furnish the area.
The sofas in the living room, which are supposed to serve as sleeping arrangements for the fifth and sixth person, are sagging! The refrigerator is leaking, the toaster was broken and was replaced.
In general, it is very loud in the apartment (we had accommodation on the 1st floor) due to the neighbors and the street traffic!!!
In addition, the air conditioning cannot be controlled separately for the individual bedrooms, but only for the entire apartment.
All in all, the stay was a big disappointment for us. From my experience as a travel agent and frequent traveler, I can say that this apartment in no way justifies the price charged. I am all the more surprised by the consistently positive reviews.

Excellent accommodation- cleanest rental I’ve ever rented. Great location just minutes walk from the beach and subway into town. Lots of shops bars and restaurants around. Single parent travelling with 2 kids - it was perfect! I couldn’t fault the staff who were super helpful too.

Apparently spacious and recent (A/C and insulation), comfortable bedding, direct view of the sea and beach on the other side of the street. Easily accessible by transport. I had given my arrival time and the apartment was already ready.
