If you are used to hostels, travel-alome.or a group of for ex..girlfriends it's a really good and affordable place. The woman only room was great. Bed was comfortable and a/c and bathroom amenities convenient. Location is convenient, lots of restos close and I think good close to metro and great to go from there anywhere you want. They offer small breakfast free wish they would have a little more to grab like some fruits. It's small but cozy place overall for the hostel experience I recommend it.

It is a great place to stay for the price. It is clean, has some AC capacity and is kept cöean. Staff is friendly and helpful and keep some fresh coffee available! The facilities (shower/wc) are small. I enjoyed my stay there at a modest cost. The common areas are good for relaxing a few minutes in between excursions and small trips.

Worst experience in my life
I booked Mambo Tango through Booking for a 4-night stay in Barcelona and paid €950. I specifically selected a room with a balcony and was even forced to pay extra for an “additional bed,” which was marked as mandatory. Naturally, I accepted the higher price expecting to receive the room and services I had paid for.
Upon arrival, it became obvious that this place operates on pure false advertising. The room they gave us was absolutely disgraceful — barely 5m², suffocatingly small, filthy, and reeking of mold and stale cigarette smoke. There was no extra bed at all despite charging us for it in advance. The room looked nothing like the photos online, which are clearly misleading and dishonest.
What made the experience even worse was the staff’s shocking behavior. They were arrogant, rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Their attitude was basically: “accept it or leave,” with zero concern for the fact that we had already paid nearly €950. They refused any refund whatsoever. Since our flight arrived late at night, we were trapped and had no real choice but to stay there instead of ending up on the street.
This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. For such an outrageous price, the hygiene was unacceptable, the room was miserable, and the entire place felt neglected and deceptive. We ended up leaving the very next day, losing a huge amount of money and having to go through the stress and humiliation of urgently finding another place to stay.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel unless they want to waste their money on a cramped, dirty room and be treated with complete disrespect.

Worst thing I’ve done so far!
Worst thing I’ve done!
First of all, starting with the welcome..they unlock the doors it sounds like a prison lock! Second of all, the rooms were nasty! It was dusty as hell over the beds, which caused me asthma. Also the floors and the walls were dirty.
I payed like 480€ for 4 day(!!!!) only to find out that another girl booked the same room for a week for 500€ incl the flight from/to Germany!
As if that wasn’t enough..you have to PAY to actually get a towel, like the tiniest rooms weren’t already overpriced..
AND apparently, in the mixed rooms there’s a guy called Martin who sleeps there EVERYDAY that actually works there..the guy snores so bad he didn’t let anyone sleep..AND other staff members had to come wake him up every morning at around 5.30..which woke everyone up.
The rooms fit 8 people, but they’re tiny..and the beds horrible.
Also, there are no rules on how to behave there, so some other people who lived in the same room came in the middle of the night, screaming, talking, laughing, continuing the party, while waking everyone else up.
I was there for a concert..if I knew I’d have to pay so much money for that, then I would’ve sleep at the airport for 3 nights.
The last night after the concert I actually slept at the airport waiting for 13 hours instead of spending one more night there!
Disgusting.
And when I complained to the front desk they told me “that’s how it is”..
