Ich habe meinen 30st Geburtstag mit meiner Familie im Apartment 9 verbracht. Das Apartment verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer (dies geht nicht wirklich eindeutig aus der Beschreibung heraus) sowie eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer. Das Apartment ist grundsätzlich sehr schön, auch wenn die Zimmer Ihre Gebrauchsspuren haben. Der große Vorteil ist jedoch die Lage, diese ist sehr gut - auch wenn hier nachteilig der Straßenlärm erwähnt werden muss. Wer es ruhig mag, sollte sich eine Alternative überlegen. Ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen ist die Küche, wir haben uns mit 10 Leuten ein schönes Abendessen in der Küche zubereitetet - hat wunderbar geklappt (ausreichend Equipment ist vorhanden). Über Duschgel und Shampoo hätten wir uns zwar gefreut - ansonsten waren es schöne 4 Tage und und das Appartement zu empfehlen

Barcelona yes, but never again Tendency 6 Apartment

Apartment 3C was disappointing. In the very narrow bathroom there was mold in the shower. In the kitchen the pans were not usable, there was no kettle. There was no dressing room. In the living room the carpet was full of stains and the sofa had holes in the cover. For this equipment the apartment was completely overpaid.

Won’t refund deposit

I booked this apartment for three nights from May 7 to 10, 2020. It advertised a free cancellation policy prior to April 23, 2020. I paid a deposit of €191.81.
When the Covid outbreak occurred, all travel plans had to be cancelled and Tendency was notified on March 30, 2020. I emailed Tendency and requested a return of my deposit as I was well within the free cancellation period.
I received no response. I tried two more times and still no response. My travel agent contacted them six times, most recently in July, 2021. She had emailed and phoned and left messages, both in English and Spanish to no avail.
I see they are still in business so there is no excuse.
Tendency has kept a deposit they were not entitled to keep. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and cannot afford to be ripped off like this. I feel like I am a victim of theft. People need to be warned about this place.

Nos hospedamos en el apto ubicado en Carrer del Bruc 25, es amplio pero un poco frio en su ambiente, de los 4 días que allí estuve solo funcionó el wi fi el último día, a pesar de haber reportado la falla desde el primer día, la respuesta fue debes esperar a un técnico en el apto, algo imposible pues si estoy de turismo en Barcelona no voy a quedarme en el apto a espera un arreglo que debe solucionar el anfitrion.
El sofa cama un poco viejo y descompuesto.
El sector cuenta con pocos supermercados alrededor y en la noche no consigues nada donde comer, todo cierra temprano, además falta iluminación en las calles.
