Great stay
Amazing view of the sea.
It is a bit hilly but we knew that before we booked.
Area is nice and quiet and about an hours walk into central Benidorm and the old town along the beach front.
Apartment had everything you needed for self catering and they listened to past reviewers and now have a hair dryer in the bathroom.
The bathroom does have a sewage smell but we had a side room and could leave the window open.
Pool table was a nice touch if you had a spare hour to pass.
Ladies in reception were nice and sorted out a late checkout for us.
You do have to take your rubbish out but this was fine with us.
There was nothing we disliked about this accommodation.

It's SO much better than a 2 Star hotel !
Not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Plenty of on street parking in the area and some lovely bar's close by.
Would highly recommend

We usually walked to the old town but there is a bus close by that you can catch if you want.

The room was bright & airy.
We loved that you could see and hear the ebb & flow of the sea from inside the room with the door ajar.
There was a decent size kitchen with a full size fridge freezer. In addition, there was ample storage for clothes & personal belongings.
Although the bathroom looked a little dated it was clean and had an excellent shower along with toiletries.
The lounge area within the room was spacious and had a large sofa, coffee table & desk.
The foyer area was spacious with a lift or stairs. There was an inside and outside seating area with a choice of books and a vending machine.
Outside, there was a good choice of bars and restaurants along with small or larger supermarkets.
Literally across the road (which was quiet) was the beach.
Would I go again? 100% yes!!
