Lovely staff, great hotel

Really surprised at negative reviews about staff as every single staff member I encountered went out of their way to accommodate-probably the most helpful and friendly staff team I’ve come across. Lovely hotel, so close to all the bars but not right on the strip. Had a top floor room and there was no noise at all. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. No tea/coffee facilities but these weren’t missed. Pool are is even nicer than it looks on pictures. Plenty of sunbeds no matter what time you go. There were plenty of people staying but it never felt too busy. I feel like staff ensure it remains orderly so, even with stag groups staying, it felt calm and civilised. Mostly adult guests from what I saw. Would definitely return.

Rubbish

This used to be a great hotel . However it advertises no stags or hen party’s on arrival there was a large stag party at the pool with litre bottles of duty free vodka then they went out and bought another bottle of vodka drank these at the pool and in the pool.
Staff said nothing however there was a 14 year old with a can of juice bought outside the hotel and staff were very quick at telling her she couldn’t drink it there it wasn’t allowed. Later in the week a further 3 hen party’s arrives a long with 2 stag party’s . We would have been aswell staying in the marina at least that has entertainment throughout the day . Unsure if it was the manager of the hotel or the resturaunt manager but face like thunder didn’t even lift her own cup away in the resturaunt left it for the staff to do.very unpleasant woman.
Such a shame was a great hotel and a great location for getting back in the evening but I won’t be returning

Dear guest,
We regret that the behaviour of certain guests staying near the hotel was not entirely appropriate. We can ensure that guests adhere to the rules of co-existence, but we are not aware of the reasons for all their visits. Our guests’ reasons for travelling vary greatly: we have guests who are looking to enjoy a more relaxed weekend and others who are seeking a few days of fun, and on occasion, the way the latter express themselves may be mistaken for a lack of respect. However, if a guest informs us that they have been disturbed or treated disrespectfully, we take immediate and firm action. At our hotel, the comfort and relaxation of our guests are our top priorities, which is why we take immediate action in response to any disrespectful behaviour. We will take note of your comments and forward them to the relevant department for appropriate follow-up.
Kind regards,
Customer Service Department.
