The Tuca is located in Betren, a small village in the Catalan Pyrenees. Just 800 metres from the centre of Vielha, it has a year-round swimming pool and restaurant. All of the spacious rooms in the Tuca Hotel have free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a safe.

The hotel is very well located...
Easy access, very close to Baqueira, about 13 km (elegant winter sports resort) as well as Vielha about 1 km (lively and lively) the hotel RV Tuca is a convenient and friendly address for me ..free parking, very warm welcome (Myriam) ,new elevators ,comfortable and clean rooms ..I go there for more than 25 years every winter every month with great pleasure..renovations take place regularly..prices are really correct for Baqueira Vielha ...if more requirements the hotels MIM or Val de Neu are recommended but be careful, prices are three times higher....for me perfect restaurant..thanks to Lodom and Antonio... Sergio LANSAMAN

Old, but well-located and with family options.
It is a hotel that works due to its proximity to the ski slopes of Baqueira, and the rest of the year it accommodates groups and families who come to this area attracted by its beauty (wonderful Valley of Aran). The hotel is old, and it shows in its facilities. Even so, it is comfortable due to the possibility of accommodating a family of four in one room (when traveling with your children, this is key) and the half-board formula that is supported by its buffet, which is quite good. The staff is not always friendly (especially at the reception, where they lack professionalism, and there is a noticeable difference with the restaurant staff who are much more attentive). The indoor pool also has its appeal, but the last time we went, the cover was broken and a lot of cold air came in, so it was disappointing. Aside from the mentioned details, it can be a good option for family travel, assuming it makes your stay easier, but you will not find great service or facilities.

Horrible.
It's just awful. Ugly hotel, poorly kept, without the minima, with sites, namely the pool that endanger the safety of guests. Weak food and very little snack in the dining room. The food is fatty and indigestible. Broken and dirty dishes. Room without the minimum, no phone to the outside without refrigerator, broken shower, deplorable towels, beds with bad mattresses, badly smelly and hard pillows.

The location is good, with a direct 15min walk to centre of town. The staff are excellent. The breakfast is excellent with an excellent choice of cooked and fresh cold options. Evening buffet option has a large variety of choices cooked, salad, fruit and sweet dishes. I had a room on the 1st floor near lifts/stairs...a little noisy between 07:30/08:30 - other guest and cleaning trolly with a noisy loose wheel.
The pool and rear garden is a great location to relax in the sun or covered seated area. A games room with pool table, table football, and more - a separate play area/room for small children.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Housekeeping skipped changing our bath towels twice. When we brought this up to the front desk, there was absolutely no response.
The staff just walked into the room to grab the towels without saying a single word.
Furthermore, there were no tissues provided in the room, and not even a single trash can outside of the bathroom.
We had to pile up our own trash inside the room, leaving banana peels and garbage sitting there for all 5 days without being cleared.
When we wanted some hot water, the restaurant was closed and not operating. The room TV didn't work, there was no water dispenser, and complimentary bottled water was not provided daily.
Charge such high prices during the UTMB event. I do not recommend here.
