Things we liked: clean rooms, friendly staff well maintained public areas. We didn’t love the frosted bathroom door without locks. Tight entrance to the expensive underground parking.

The front desk personnel is extremely helpful and friendly. I have to dedicate some words for Myrian because she is do efficient that is material for a higher position within the organization. I am not related to her, and I met her here, but as a member with many years I know how I lime to be treated. The other lady is also very friendly although we did not have the opportunity to interact with her. Great hotel staff.

Key attributes are the fabulous location in a city that is pedestrianized. The rooms were clean. The desk staff always smiling and waving at our grandkids and being helpful with excellent English. The major Achilles heel is the garage which is treacherous and exceedingly dangerous for damaging a rental car. Do not attempt to use it. Parking on the nearby street was easy and on the weekend did not require a meter. Finally the breakfast was the best of the hotels we visited in Spain

Great hotel and great location! Just a block from the Cathedral. Rooms are spacious and confortable. Breakfast had everything you need and was fresh and delicious. Parking is at basement but entrance is very narrow specially for a large car and some spaces are small for a car. Staff were super kind and helpful.

Great room, friendly staff at check-in. Hotel is in a perfect location in Burgos which is a very interesting town. Only concern was a parking garage that is extremely tight to enter.
