A quiet and recommended stay
Clean and cozy, and the staff is very friendly. It is five minutes from the monumental area and the center.

They miss the truth and won't let you cancel a reservation.
A disappointment of site: old, stale and very left. Nothing appealing even for one night. But that's not the worst....we had a reservation for three nights, and two days before we went we phoned to tell them that due to greater circumstances we had to return to our city a day early, so I contact Hostal Al-Qazeres directly, to cancel the last night and make the payment. They told me that was Booking's thing and they couldn't do anything. I was told that the platform would force me to cancel the entire reservation and make it again, with the consequent problem that there was no room next. I was surprised, but I resigned myself. I still decided to read the opinions and saw that it is a very common behavior to keep the money that is not due to them even giving advance notice, and missing the truth to not give you the option to cancel in this case the last night.

Disappointing management
This establishment has been disappointing for us, but we have to explain it well, because I think the customer has to know:
-The first thing is external as such to them.We have a family member in the ICU and the hotel of the hospi was collapsed.We took a room for Booking in this hotel without free cancellation, it was the only option.After we were informed that he had availability in the hotel of the hospi and now comes what did depend on them.
-I called and explained the situation the night before.The boy was upset and told me that if it wasn't for Booking he had no problem, but to talk to Booking.
He told me in passing never to book on this platform which is shocking if it is used by his establishment as an advertising platform.
-I called Booking and he said he wrote to the establishment and if I gave order they would return my money then.
I called the Al-Qaceres and he said no. That he was not willing to lose the money and that it was over.
Since the night before he could have rented the room, but he made it clear that he already secured the money with some irascibility. Which blocked me a little.
"The next day I called back to tell him that he really wouldn't lose money, but he hung up saying goodbye already angry.
I think keeping money that's not yours has only one name.

Very Improveable
Very good location to visit Caceres, to park we also had no problem.
The Inn has no elevator and you have to climb a flight of stairs, a hassle if you are going with a lot of luggage, carts, elderly people... The appearance leaves a lot to be desired, everything very very very old. Our room overlooked an inner courtyard at ground level so the blind was always down because you could see it perfectly

AWFUL!
The hostel is in the center of the city near drinking places, so if you are a person who likes to party and stay in a place where there is no control and you want to make noise by talking loudly, listening to drunk people walking around the hallway of the hostel, let the couples from the next rooms party until 3 am since the walls are made of paper and everything can be heard, this is your place. And of course, since you are a person looking for a place to continue the party, you will care little about the bed mattress that gave off a smell as if it even had mites. There were many people who went up to the rooms shouting and they sounded drunk. If you are a person looking for a place to rest the night and sleep in a clean and orderly place, this is not your place. I had to travel to Madrid driving the next day and that night I couldn't sleep until 5 am and I think I fell asleep because of fatigue, the next day it was difficult for me to drive to get to Madrid since I woke up at 8 am to get ready . At 4 am I was lying in bed looking for other places and I saw that for €30 more you could stay in a decent hotel room. What a mistake it was to waste my money going to this site. I think I would have slept better if I had stayed in my car, it sucks that you pay for a place where you want to rest and leave more tired than when you arrived, the person who answers the phone doesn't communicate by talking but yells at you, a nervous and rude mad man. It is a hostel that has no staff at night and is close to drinking places and at night it is a disaster. I only stayed one night and thank goodness and how bad.
