Perfect spot!
This hostel was exactly what I needed! The staff was friendly (thank you Ruben and Julia for being so accommodating) and the place was very clean and such a beautiful space :) I stayed in the rooftop private room and it was the best of both worlds: comfortable area to myself with common areas to meet a ton of very fun and interesting travelers. The central location made this hostel the most convenient spot to stop by in between sightseeing! I had many wonderful meals here and I must say Rayhan makes the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Thank you so much, Nico and all your wonderful crew!

We loved the place, both the building and the room, which looked like something out of a period movie ✨
The staff is lovely and they offer free breakfast on a beautiful terrace We will definitely return if we come back to Cádiz.

A Truly Warm and Welcoming Hostel Experience
This was honestly one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. The whole atmosphere is very open and welcoming. Both the staff and the guests create a really warm, friendly vibe that makes you feel at home right away.
The entire place is thoughtfully designed, with lots of cute and cozy details that show how much care has gone into it. The beds were very comfortable and a real highlight is the rooftop terrace. During my stay there was even a small concert up there, which made the experience extra special.
I also really appreciated that the hostel offers group activities, which makes it easy to meet people. But at the same time there are plenty of spaces to relax if you’re feeling tired.
It is an ideal place for solo travelers and I would definitely come back anytime.

Staying at Casa Caracol was like being at my house with friends

Muchas gracias por tus palabras y para tomar tiempo para poner tu reseña! La verdad que todo nuestro esfuerzo va en este sentido, de crear un ambiente hogareño donde la gente se relaja y abre...... haciendo vínculos y amistades verdaderos, marcando momentos vividos no solo noches dormidas. Afortunadamente este enfoque atrae a la gente con este "mood" y la magia crea mas magia. Cada día el desayuno esta donde se empiece a notar. Esperamos recibirte en un futuro. Un saludo del Caracol.

Perfecto!
My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time staying at the Casa Piratas. The terrace is a real sun spot, with views of the old Cathedral tower and bell. It's right in the centre of the old town, just off a buzzy square with bars and tabernas in every direction.
It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the seafront to catch the sunset and not much further to the beach.
The apartment was comfortable, very clean, quiet (apart from the cathedral bells to mark the time!), secure, and it had everything we needed, including a kitchen with all the utensils, a desk and plenty of storage.
All of the people working at the hostel were friendly, patient with us trying to practise speaking Spanish and helpful with recommendations.
Perfect stay in beautiful Cadiz!
