The BEST and ONLY place to stay in Menorca

This was an amazing place to stay in Menorca.
The room was perfect. Very comfortable bed, extremely spacious and has everything we needed for our stay. Well furnished, clean, quiet spot, and great view. Very close to great restaurants in gala caldana and just a walk from the beach.
Beautiful pool, lounge chairs, and beds to relax in to stay out of the sun. The wifi was also incredible!
We had an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend to a friend and definitely come back! Thank you Desmais!

Nice apartments. Too many steps.

Lovely apartments. Clean, have everything you need for your stay. Huge comfortable bed. Good cleaning service.
Disliked · 95 steps to our apartment was just too much (not all apartments have this many steps - we were in the top block). No lighting at the top of the steps at night. Reception was always closed apart from an hour or two in the morning. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Too many steps & very steep too.

Among the highlights:
Very good quiet location and close to shops and the 2 best restaurants in the city (Trevi and Calla Mitjana)
Several very pleasant outdoor spaces (swimming pool, garden furniture, etc.)
Clean and functional apartment
Among the weak points:
The apartments are very poorly soundproofed. Yet upstairs (I can't imagine on the garden level...), a chorus of chairs and slamming doors... we even heard the neighbor downstairs yawning (admittedly a not discreet Italian)
Drink dispensers broken, no refreshments at reception (ice, etc.). Too bad as the swimming pool is pleasant.
General services not very discreet: 1h30 of thermal blower to evacuate the bread needles, walking around us in the middle of the day while we were trying to enjoy the swimming pool. Not really necessary given the surface area, a broom would do the trick and would respect the Customer (250 Euros per night all the same!)

Nice, basic place a little bit back from the beach but with a unique view of the lush cliffside. Quiet pool area. Calmer than the other big hotels and resorts.

The coffee machine did not work, also the extractor hood does not work, which is very inconvenient when cooking as the apartments smells like the food. For the rest it was all ok, I cannot really complain about others things. I liked that it was quiet, view was nice and it was not such a big complex!
