Perfect weekend Getaway

We spent one night at this hotel and had a great experience. The studio apartment was spotless and well equipped, with a kitchen where we could cook. It also featured a jacuzzi and access to a swimming pool. The terrace had a beautiful sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place.

Bad experience

Very good location but very old, dirty apartments with no internet or television throughout the stay, many ants, they did not come to clean the room or change the towels, a true dump, horrible, I do not recommend it

Lamentamos profundamente que algunos aspectos de su estancia no cumplieran con sus expectativas. En BLUESEA Cabo de Baños mantenemos altos estándares de limpieza y nos esforzamos por ofrecer un mantenimiento constante en nuestras instalaciones, por lo visto en esta ocasión no logramos transmitir la calidad que nos caracteriza. Respecto a los servicios tecnológicos, confirmamos que contamos con WiFi gratuito zonas comunes y televisión satelital, por lo que investigaremos lo sucedido durante su visita. Nuestro equipo está siempre a disposición para resolver cualquier incidencia durante la estancia, invitando a los huéspedes a comunicarse con recepción ante cualquier necesidad.

Very spacious room and....WHAT A VIEW!!

· Keyword: spacious!
Really nice structure. Find everything you need. The room was really very large with spaces well divided between bedroom/living room/kitchen. Bathroom really very spacious and what about the terrace? a really magnificent sea view! The property provides free private parking for about a dozen cars but also has all the streets around to park. Free swimming pool included for use by customers.
The staff really always all sunny, kind and helpful both in the information by email where we had to ask for information to check in later than the time scheduled by the structure but they immediately provided a solution.
We had also forgotten a travel pillow and were called shortly after check out!
In the surrounding area you will find within walking distance 2 rooms with really crazy sea view and the village a few minutes drive that offers shops, restaurants, pubs. Really nothing is missing from this structure
What didn't like · I think both the bathroom and the kitchen are very clean but really need a refresh/renovation to be really perfect! The bathroom has just defects due to the weather.

Great views

Apartments equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay and in a privileged place, with great views. The kindness of Antonio and Ma Carmen, makes everything work. I'll be back next year. Pillar

Everything perfect

Apartments located 10 min drive from Ciutadella.
We had a sea view apartment (number 14). I do not agree with many negative reviews.
The apartment is spacious, bright, in a convenient location, private parking, air conditioning and king size double bed.
The apartment has a terrace with drying rack, two armchairs and a coffee table.
Service women come by every two days and clean the room to perfection.
The staff is very nice, we had problems with the phone and we couldn't call the restaurants and they took care of booking them for us.
The pool is small but nice.
In front of the apartments there is a cliff where you can see the sunset.
Near the apartments there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Wi-Fi doesn't work great, but maybe for the best, sometimes disconnecting from phones is not a bad thing.
The only “problem” is that there are many ants, so you can not leave anything out of the fridge, but more than problem I see it only as extra attention to be given during the stay.
Definitely recommend it to friends:)
