Great disappointment with the double rooms and opaque presentation when booking
At the reception we were told that we had booked so-called “economy double rooms”. These are a completely different category from the double rooms shown on the official hotel website. What is particularly irritating for us is the statement that these economy rooms are not offered by the hotel itself, but sold exclusively through tour operators (e.g. Alltours). At the same time, we were referred exclusively to the tour operator with our request.
On the booking portal “off on holiday” 29 different images for double rooms are displayed without it being clear which actually belong to the booked category. As a guest, you will of course also be guided by the photos and descriptions on the official hotel website. In our view, this presentation is very misleading and opaque.
The preserved rooms are very old, heavily worn out, partially damaged and in no way meet a four-star standard (see pictures). Had we known the actual condition of the double rooms in advance, we definitely would not have booked this hotel.
After about a week we were offered a change of rooms within the same category – but the rooms were in a similarly bad condition. In addition, we were offered a change to renovated double rooms, but for an extra charge of 27 € to 33 € per night per room, which would have meant extra costs of over 1,000 € for two rooms. We thankfully declined this offer.
We have since informed the management of the tour operator and are considering further steps.
It is very disappointing when expectations are raised by images and descriptions that are not nearly met on site, and at the same time no customer-oriented solution is offered.
In these circumstances we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with great value for money
Perfect value for money! Quiet location yet central.
To the port about 15 minutes walk.

Germany in Mallorca
The food both breakfast and dinner was really top, very extensive!
There was only one thing we really didn't like, that was like being in Germany instead of Spain, there were really only Germans!

Little recovery....not aware before
We were told immediately that Thursday will not be cleaned
The bathroom is old the whole connections rotten 1 hair hangs already are our arrival at the bathroom door the towels smell of chlorine and make are also no longer white. It's very very noisy you hear the neighbors talking everyone in the hallway. Several groups of women and men are playing their own music by the pool.Ballermann 2 was my first impression. But even when going to dinner everyone loses their level....Jerseys are put on there or the ladies with bikini and thin cover part.Am certainly not a prude but here everyone turns off the brain.
