Fabulous experience all round

It was quite simply an excellent experience all round, the staff, the room the breakfast and the outstanding view and position of the hotel.

Incredible views and great service

Perfect spot for a 2-night stay during our Costa Brava hiking trip. Incredible seaside location and room views. Restaurant has an affordable, delicious lunch menu and the outdoor terrace was the best place to enjoy the plentiful breakfast treats. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with great shower. Everyone in the staff was friendly and professional. They welcomed us with dry towels when we arrived soaked after finishing our hike in the rain and quickly retrieved a piece of clothing that fell from our balcony. Calella is a beautiful village with plenty of good restaurant options and things to do nearby. The St Roc is a great base to explore the area.

Always perfect

We returned to the Sant Roc for the fifth time and found the kindness of the owners (who, by the way, helped us a lot following a break-in of our car with theft of our luggage during a stop in Besalú preceding our stay), the superb breakfast on the terrace, and the very good restaurant cuisine: thanks again for this pleasant stay and your kind help

Terrific Hotel in every way.

This is a beautiful hotel and we have had a fabulous time here.
Arrived 5 days ago from Barcelona (about 1.5hrs by car)on the recommendation of friends in Australia.
The first impression is WOW…..our room was 102 on the first floor overlooking the sea and township…..we did book a superior room with sea view. Magnificent.
A large balcony that faced East so lots of sun nearly all day with some shade in the late afternoon …but still a sunny bit to bake in!
Our room was spacious and with a king size bed still plenty of room including a very comfortable chair (along with two outdoor chairs and two further sun lounges…all in as new conditions)
Bathroom terrific…no bath but excellent shower.. (we never use a bath anyway)
Whilst there is no tea and coffee facilities available in the room downstairs this is always available.
The breakfast buffets were extensive and catered for all tastes.
The weather was very hot during our visit and it was delightful sitting outside amongst the trees eating and drinking.
Lunch was typically Tapas and delightful.
We dined in one night …i was a little disappointed BUT i chose the wrong meals ….my fault as i expected something different.
Everyone else loved their meals.
Servicing of our room was generally whilst we had breakfast nand was excellent.
The staff generally were terrific in every way….100% (also helping us with flight bookings etc)
The Hotel is a short walk into town (downhill….but uphill on the way home!!!)
I have no hesitation in recommending Sant Roc…its terrific!
PS nearly forgot…the complimentary Wi Fi is excellent.

Incredible views and at incredible hotel

Our family of 4 stayed at Hotel Sant Roc as part of a Costa Brava hiking trip. We spent two wonderful nights there. Of the hotels we stayed at in this trip Hotel Sant Roc was our favorite. The facility has recently been upgraded and is well maintained, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the hotel is perfectly located in the town close to everything. Views are incredible from the terrace and from our room. We would highly recommend a visit!
