Exceptional Experience

We arrived early at the hotel and were going to drop off our luggage to get to an event; however, they said for us to wait for 30 minutes and we could check in and that would be better for us... so we did. Our room has a nice balcony with lounge chairs and other chairs along with a view of the ocean. Wonderful room with many amenities, which are not typically provided at smaller hotels. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay the most enjoyable possible. They have a small, quiet pool to relax and enjoy. The bed was very comfortable. I like that they are closer to the edge of town and not in the middle of all the action. If you want action, you can easily walk to it. Very close to the beach if you are interested. My only recommendation is to have the bathroom lights be brighter, or on a dimmer switch, for us women who want to put on makeup. The staff service and room made this a very wonderful experience for us. Unsure where you could get nicer people who want to help you have a memorable experience.

A day at the beach

After a journey of about 4 hours back from Zaragoza stop at the sea in CALELLA. Hotel Sant Jordy Boutique (5 stars) with very high rating on Booking. A disappointment, street parking (otherwise for a fee). , but on Booking the description was a bit different”Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs € 14 per day.”
Disappointed with the hotel features (a 5 star I expected a little better). At the reception I was angry at the way of Welcoming that following my disappointment told me that I could also leave (I did not mind the farce, but the way I was told) We decide to stay and at the reception to “repair” we are assigned a suite(?) . Of suites very little (not panoramic, no sea view, no bathrobes, no headphones hair x shower) only particularity bathtub next to the bed (I would have gladly done without) in short, everything less than 5 stars. The receptionist (at least I think) embarrassedly offers us a bottle of prosecco. Swimming pool not sunny and quite messy (the receptionist helper (very kind) is preparing to collect bag of chips and other paper on the ground (probably left by other customers not really polite) in short, a 5 star, for us, not up to scratch.

Wonderful stay

Impeccable treatment and exquisite service. Definitely one of the best hotels where I have stayed. Every time I return to Calella this will be the place to return. Also very detailed with the needs. We are very happy.

This hotel was lovely! The staff were so kind and accommodating. The food was plentiful and excellent. The location was central to everything. I loved the decor. Very stylish. Wonderful experience.

Comfortable and nice pool. The breakfast was tasty and healthy. The staff was impeccable. The room was spotless, stylish and very comfortable.
