Globales nova amazing
Great location 2 minutes walk to beach, lovely hotel clean and quiet. Fabulous bars and restaurants round. Very friendly where ever we went. Beautiful part of Spain. Definitely go back. Let the girls have the bedroom and hubby and I slept in front room. Beds weren’t very comfortable but managed. Would have loved a sea view room but had lovely few of what we could see. Overall just a fantastic holiday.

Relaxing
Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 10 days, firstly the location is impeccable just a few minutes walk from the beach and all the spars but unfortunately the aircon is a bit rubbish as we could hardly feel it on all holiday in the end we had to get a fan from reception and the indoor pool is freezing but once you get used to it then it is really refreshing. Rooms are very dated but are functional and have everything you need beds are also comfortable except for the sofa bed which was rock hard. Also we witnessed 2 ladies fighting over a subbed so you will need to set them early alarms so you can claim a sunbed fast as there are not a lot and also they are very cramped. All in all a great holiday and me and my family would return.

In need of an update
Locations of the hotel is fantastic. Poolside bar prices very reasonable and the staff at this bar are Fabulous.
The rooms are in desperate need of updating the beds are so uncomfortable. The air
Con in this hotel is basically non existent. There were ants everywhere in our room especially all around the kitchen sink. The front of the fridge door was all black wherethe surface was scraping off. The inside
Pool was fantastic, nice and clean and was lovely and cool and refreshing. Nowhere the outside pool was very disappointing it was always warm so not refreshing at all in the high temperatures. The pool
Water always seemed dirty.
All in all this hotel is a great location and if it was to have a refurbishment and get a much needed update then I believe it would be great. I personally would not return unless this happened

We appreciate receiving any suggestions for improvement directly so we can address them as quickly as possible.
The pools undergo strict sanitary checks and are cleaned and monitored daily (twice a day). When the heat is intense and there are many swimmers, the water can become slightly cloudy, but chemical treatment and recirculation restore its clarity.

Dont stay here
No air con so given fans
Got stuck im bedroom for half hour and then the door handle fell off when we got out and unable to access
Was give a card to pick the lock
so this must happen often
He couldnt access so said keep trying

Half the plug sockets dont work in the rooms
No balcony light

Our maintenance team checked your air conditioning and confirmed it was working, though we still provided extra fans. Lovely
Nice lovely hotel just a vey short walk from beach. Friendly staff . Only a couple of minor issues. The air con didn’t work so got a couple of large fans from reception . Another thing was some ants crawling about. Went across to supermarket and bought some vinegar and sprayed a mix of water and vinegar . The ants went.
The hotel also sprayed something too. Apart from that no issues at all.
