Great Choice
Great Location 15 mins walk from Yumbo. This small apartment complex offers really good value for money. My apartment had 2 bedrooms and a shower room, so could easily accommodate 2-4 travellers in a group. It was well appointed and was cleaned daily. It came with an outside terrace over looking the pool area. I didnt use this much as I spent more time on the fantastic rooftop sun terraces with sun beds and 4 jacuzzis.

An absolute gem!
What a truly wonderful property. This was our first trip to Maspalomas and we spent a lot of time researching where to stay. Mar Bianco is the perfect choice. Only 12 rooms surrounding a pristine saltwater pool. The rooms are well equipped and decorated. There are two separate rooftop relaxation areas that have two jacuzzis each. Overall the entire property is sparkling clean! The design and cleanliness gives you immediate comfort and allows for as little or as much privacy as you want. The location is great. Quick walks or cheap taxi rides to everywhere. The entire team is so welcoming. You are smiling and laughing with them instantly. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing place
We arrived on the 26th of April and leaving on the 6th of May 26. This resort its amazing and maintenance staff is very friendly. Everything is perfect, clean and well designed. The pool and the terasse and wirlpools r very nice and clean. The appartments r very clean and modern, even there is a washing mashine and a extra bathroom outside. The area is quiet, no party music and restaurants and supermarkets r close by. We r realy surprised about the quality of resort. Maybe its not the cheapest but very nice and also the other guest where nice and well behaved.

Lovely relaxing experience
Quiet, friendly, modern and relaxed.
Please keep it this way.
People have moaned about you not having an atmosphere because it's not a party hotel. If you want to listen to music, put headphones in. I don't want to hear your dreadful music. If you want to be near the Yumbo, please book elsewhere but honestly it's not that far a walk and there is a bus stop nearby. The hill on the way isn't Kilimanjaro and you get a lovely view. It's near a little supermarket which is handy. A very clean hotel and lovely wee pool. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of sun loungers. Four hot hubs.
We will be returning. Please don't change it into a loud party hotel. We prefer a relaxed vibe.

Value for money, clean and with excellent staff.
I think that those who moan about no cleaning or fresh towels perhaps didn’t get up early enough, and those locked out overnight forgot their entry code.
+ : spotlessly clean, fresh towels every day, helpful management (Chiara) and friendly housekeeping. Beds were excellent and the kitchen was adequate for the sort of holiday cooking we did, eating out most evenings. Good parking nearby, a very quiet neighbourhood (imagine trying to sleep near the Yumbo or Cita centres!). The owner directed us to a fantastic supermarket, though you need a car, with beautiful fresh produce at a reasonable price.
-: Location is ok, though a little off centre unless you have a car or the bus goes where you want to be. The nearest supermarket is at Faro2, a short walk, but like going through a war zone: derelict units, rubble and rubbish everywhere and an overpriced and limited choice of tired produce. Limited easy seating in the apartment, just a settee that has seen much use and is uncomfortable for two. The noise from people using the hot tub located directly over the apartment was not pleasant when trying to sleep at night.
Improvements: have a welcome pack in the rooms, not just coffee, provide a list of amenities in the area such as taxi firms, bus timetables, a map (we had to ask for one), recommended restaurants and directions to supermarket, clubs and bars. Maybe limit times on the roof at night.
The view from our apartment was blocked by what appeared to be an unused bar. If this monstrosity isn’t going to open, then why not remove it and put a larger seating/social area where people can meet for a drink, particularly since the settee in the apartment was limited and so uncomfortable?. It doesn’t need more sun beds, there being sufficient on the roof.
Overall a very restful time within a safe environment and great staff. We would return.
