Špatný start
Při příjezdu do hotelu na 03. 30 (po dlouhém převozu) byly naše pasy odevzdány a pak jsme byli informováni, že jedeme v taxíku do bytu, protože náš pokoj by nebyl připraven až do půlnoci, taxík nás přivedl ráno na snídani, jsme byli velmi kříženě a rozrušeni tím, když jsme se dostali do bytu taxikář nás opustil na špatném místě a ujistil nás, že to bylo správné místo, klíč se nezapadl, podařilo se nám najít správný vchod, který byl ve tmě. to zničilo začátek naší dovolené, žádné vysvětlení ani ospravedlnění nikomu neřekli, protože se nám podařilo mít dobrou dovolenou, protože hotel byl velmi pěkný, čistý a čekající zaměstnanci byli velmi pozorní

Rude žena a posláno do bytu
Právě jsem se vrátil z týdenního pobytu v tomto hotelu a vyrazil ze strašného začátku. Přijížděli jsme do hotelu po celých 11 a půl hodinách cestování, takže moji rodina a já jsme byli velmi unavení a všechno, co jsme chtěli, bylo položit se v našich postelích v hotelové místnosti a dostat dobrý noční spánek. Nicméně, toto se nestalo, protože když jsme nakonec dorazili do hotelu v 3:30, byli jsme informováni, že pro nás není žádný prostor a musel zůstat v bytě "100 metrů" po silnici. Naliali nás do taxíku, kde jsme byli odvezeni do bytu, který řidič nemohl dokonce najít a nechal nás k němu. Následujícího rána nám řekli, že jsme museli chodit do hotelu s našimi dvěma 20 kg kufry a trvalo nám půl hodiny, než našli hotel. Jakmile jsme dorazili podruhé, bylo nám řečeno, že ještě není prostor a nebudeme mít prostor po dobu dalších 3 hodin. Vzhledem k tomu, že v tomto bytě nebylo žádné jídlo nebo voda, neměli jsme nic před tím, než jsme se dostali na náš let. Pak jsme prohlásili, že jsme nejedli a taková věc by se neměla dělat a HORRIBLE WOMAN AT RECEPTION, která se pohybovala kolem 40 - 50 let a měla blond vlasy, a poté nás tvrdila, že to se vždy děje v řadě hotelů. Nakonec souhlasila s tím, že nám přinesla snídani, ale ještě jsme museli zaplatit za naše nápoje! Tato žena byla velmi hrubá a ona je hrozná žena, která zastupuje hotel. Po těžkém startu a jsme se usadili v našem pokoji, byl to bezchybný týden.

ApartHotel Dunes Platja a Beautiful and Comfortable Property for Family Vacations in Mallorca
ApartHotel Dunes Platja is a very comfortable ad beautiful property right on the each bank of the beautiful Can Picafort Marina. It is about 20 Minutes walk away from the main marina centre and very perfectly placed away from the hustle of the centre, with direct access to the beach. The property is old but is very well maintained and the rooms are beautifully designed and very cozy giving a homely feeling. The rooms also have a two balcony for both the main and the bed room and has a small studio kitchen with satisfactory cutlery and utensils. It creates a proper definition of being an Aparthotel. We travelled during the low season and the rates were very affordable and stayed very comfortably, the hotel is real value for one for being a 4 star property. The property is well maintained and shiny clean. It has two restaurants both are very cleanly maintained and the whole reception area looks very up-class. As we visited during the low season we had the whole beach for ourselves and there were only few people around which are locals. I would consider the place around the aparthotel to be a very hustling bustling and noisy area during high season, but still the hotel is away from the main are of commotion for those who loves their peace and loneliness. They have a medium sized swimming pool, a sauna, a small Gym, and a Pool table to enjoy your time indoor
All the employees of this aparthotel is very warm, polite, helpful, and kind. Starting from the reception Manager Ms Christine who is very warm, polite and helpful, to Mr Kareem the restaurant Manager who is always available to help with a kind smile. The chef is very lovely and he prepares some wonderful cuisine. The assistant Mr Peter is also very helpful and kind and attends to all your needs in the restaurant.
There are many tourist places close to this hotel and the evening or early morning walk along the marina is something you should not miss. CanPicafort is a very good place if you want to be away from the rush in Alcudia, although can Picafort is a German Favourite when it comes to holidaying in Mallorca. ApartHotel Due Platja is worth the stay and a very comfortabe and beautiful property.

Pleasant, spacious apartment in an immediate location to the very beautiful beach
We were very satisfied with our apartment; it was spacious and everything one needs was available. The bathroom was also spacious, especially the large, walk-in shower. It was cleaned very thoroughly every day and we received fresh towels daily (which would not even have been necessary). There could be more space for groceries in the small kitchen; if you are self-catering, you have no storage options. The wardrobe is very close to the bed, so you can hardly move here. There could be more compartments for smaller items of clothing. You have to improvise there. The balcony in the side wing at an angle to the sea is not usable in the afternoon, as it would be much too hot. A sun umbrella could help here. The breakfast was excellent; there was everything your heart could desire. A few more seats outside that are protected from the sun would be great, then breakfast would be perfect in nice weather. The pool area was a bit small and makes a somewhat boring impression. We were out and about during the day, so we did not use the pool, but I never saw many people there. There was nothing attractive there for children either. We were always able to park our rental car easily. You can reach the long promenade on foot in a short time and stroll very nicely right by the sea there. We found the location on the edge of town to be very pleasant and quiet. However, you must be aware that pure mass tourism prevails here and it is busy everywhere. So, nothing for independent travelers. We were out and about a lot to see a lot. Therefore, it was a compromise solution.

Mixed feelings
This place could have been so nice, beautiful suite, but it was just so loud in our room until 11:30 or midnight as we were right above the kitchen. When I asked the front desk gentleman if it would be possible to switch rooms he was super rude and would not entertain the idea. The rest of the staff (servers, cooks, cleaners, bartenders, front desk people) were absolutely wonderful, great food too. The vibe was a bit off for me just because it was such a small resort. The location was okay, next to a fun bar and easy access to boardwalk. But the beach is not as nice as down south and it’s a long drive to go climbing or snorkeling.
